【摘要】：比較中西方情境下的悖論思想起源,辨識已有受到兩者啟發(fā)的研究,明確了組織悖論特征對悖論管理有效性的啟示。研究表明:1中國本土悖論思想起源于辯證思想,而西方悖論思想起源于對形式邏輯的反思;2組織中的悖論相互關(guān)聯(lián)。有效管理悖論依賴于同時進行整合與分化以引導悖論進入有益循環(huán)。悖論管理的有益循環(huán)依賴于悖論的非對稱性平衡。從與代表性本土理論的比較、與宏觀制度理論的聯(lián)系以及與微觀領(lǐng)導理論的聯(lián)系3個方面探測了悖論管理的未來研究方向。
[Abstract]:This paper compares the origin of paradoxical thinking in Chinese and Western contexts, identifies the research inspired by both, and clarifies the Enlightenment of organizational paradox characteristics on the effectiveness of paradoxical management. The paradox of effective management relies on simultaneous integration and differentiation to guide paradoxes into beneficial cycles. The beneficial cycle of paradoxical management relies on the asymmetric balance of paradoxes. Direction.
