【摘要】：基于詮釋主義和制度理論中關于制度傳播的研究,通過對全面質量管理在中國傳播的文本分析,考察了管理思想在傳播過程中是被如何詮釋、再構建的,提出了管理思想傳播的詮釋與再建構模型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),詮釋是在文化認知框架下的理解與解釋,再建構過程是糅合了組織傳統(tǒng)和隨機應變性反應而引起的漸進性管理創(chuàng)新,包括意義的重建、內(nèi)容的重構以及知識鏈接、組合。
[Abstract]:Based on the research on system communication in hermeneutics and institutional theory, this paper analyzes the text of TQM in China, and examines how the management thought is interpreted and constructed in the process of communication. This paper puts forward the interpretation and re-construction model of the communication of management thought. It is found that interpretation is the understanding and interpretation under the framework of cultural cognition, and the process of reconstruction is a gradual management innovation caused by combining organizational tradition and random response, including the reconstruction of meaning, the reconstruction of content and the link of knowledge. Combination.
