組織內(nèi)部知識整合的系統(tǒng)動力學模型研究

【摘要】:為了更好地探討組織內(nèi)部知識整合過程,提出了知識內(nèi)聚程度的概念,并用其衡量組織的柔性、條理性和系統(tǒng)性;分析知識在組織內(nèi)部整合的動力,對整合過程中涉及的因素進行了描述,進而提出組織內(nèi)部知識整合的概念模型;引入系統(tǒng)動力學的相關(guān)概念和原理,建立了組織內(nèi)部知識整合的量化模型。模型描述了知識在經(jīng)過整合后組織內(nèi)部內(nèi)聚程度的變化過程,發(fā)現(xiàn)組織知識內(nèi)聚程度的變化曲線接近于S型增長曲線,并通過分析組織知識內(nèi)聚程度的影響因素,得出知識獲取、知識契合及知識失效的變化對知識內(nèi)聚程度的影響程度。
[Abstract]:In order to better explore the process of knowledge integration within an organization, the concept of the degree of knowledge cohesion is put forward, and the flexibility, coherence and systematization of the organization are measured, and the motive force of the integration of knowledge within the organization is analyzed. This paper describes the factors involved in the process of integration, then puts forward a conceptual model of knowledge integration within an organization, and establishes a quantitative model of knowledge integration within an organization by introducing the relevant concepts and principles of system dynamics. The model describes the changing process of the degree of cohesion within the organization after integration. It is found that the change curve of the degree of cohesion of organizational knowledge is close to the curve of S-shaped growth, and the influencing factors of the degree of cohesion of organizational knowledge are analyzed. The influence of knowledge acquisition, knowledge fit and the change of knowledge failure on the degree of knowledge cohesion is obtained.
