【摘要】：正一、研究內(nèi)容與創(chuàng)新性論文"項(xiàng)目績效評價(jià)中掙值分析方法的優(yōu)化研究"基于投資項(xiàng)目的集成控制與實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控理論前沿,結(jié)合實(shí)踐分析了這種方法的不足與局限性,站在新起點(diǎn)上提出了一種結(jié)合進(jìn)度網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖對項(xiàng)目績效進(jìn)行分析的方法。該方法并不需要補(bǔ)充收集信息,但卻可以改善傳統(tǒng)掙值法對項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行績效評價(jià)效果
[Abstract]:First, the research content and innovative paper, "Research on the Optimization of earned value Analysis method in Project performance Evaluation", is the frontier of the theory of integrated control and real-time monitoring based on investment project. The deficiency and limitation of this method are analyzed in combination with practice. Based on the new starting point, this paper puts forward a method to analyze the project performance based on the progress network diagram. This method does not need to be supplemented to collect information, but it can improve the effect of traditional earned value method on the performance evaluation of project implementation.
