【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)、教育水平的不斷發(fā)展,高校開展實(shí)踐教學(xué)的必要性越來越引起人們的重視。系統(tǒng)、完善的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系可以提高高校的整體教學(xué)質(zhì)量,實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),是高校取得不斷發(fā)展的根本保證。高校管理類專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系應(yīng)遵循社會持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求,明確實(shí)踐教學(xué)的目標(biāo),不斷完善高校的實(shí)踐教學(xué)內(nèi)容及方式,不僅要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的專業(yè)文化知識,更要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的實(shí)踐操作技能,以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代市場經(jīng)濟(jì)對優(yōu)秀應(yīng)用型人才的需求。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and education, people pay more and more attention to the necessity of carrying out practical teaching in colleges and universities. The system and perfect practice teaching system can improve the whole teaching quality of colleges and universities and realize the training target of applied talents, which is the fundamental guarantee for the continuous development of colleges and universities. The practical teaching system of management specialty in colleges and universities should follow the requirements of social sustainable development, clarify the goal of practical teaching, and improve the content and method of practice teaching in colleges and universities, not only to cultivate students' professional cultural knowledge, but also to improve the teaching contents and methods of practical teaching in colleges and universities. Moreover, it is necessary to train students' practical operation skills to meet the needs of modern market economy for outstanding applied talents.
