【摘要】：將戰(zhàn)略協(xié)同的概念引入到項(xiàng)目組合選擇問題中,定義協(xié)同度函數(shù)和有序度的概念,分析擬配置項(xiàng)目的環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力和項(xiàng)目間的戰(zhàn)略協(xié)同關(guān)系,以戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)為序參量構(gòu)建基于戰(zhàn)略協(xié)同度的項(xiàng)目組合配置模型,用戰(zhàn)略協(xié)同發(fā)展度來度量協(xié)同效應(yīng),解決多約束、多關(guān)聯(lián)、多目標(biāo)的項(xiàng)目組合配置問題;并實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:The concept of strategic synergy is introduced into the project portfolio selection problem, and the concepts of synergy function and order degree are defined, and the environmental adaptability of the project to be configured and the strategic synergy between the projects are analyzed. The project portfolio configuration model based on strategic synergy is constructed with strategic objectives as the order parameter, and the synergy effect is measured by the strategic synergy development degree to solve the problem of multi-constraint, multi-correlation and multi-objective portfolio configuration. An example is given to verify the validity of the model.
