組織支持理論與心理契約理論之整合研究

【摘要】:組織支持理論和心理契約理論對(duì)于"員工-組織"關(guān)系的建立和保持起著重要作用。由于兩種理論的側(cè)重點(diǎn)不同,以往多究期對(duì)組織的影響。事實(shí)上雖然兩個(gè)理論各成體系,有自己完整的作用過(guò)程,但是其作用的對(duì)象、作用過(guò)程、作用的結(jié)果都有著極大的關(guān)聯(lián)。本文主要通過(guò)分析比較組織支持理論和心理契約理論的異同,進(jìn)而將兩種理論進(jìn)行整合并分析提出了兩個(gè)理論的相關(guān)聯(lián)系,希望能為"員工-組織"關(guān)系研究提供嶄新的視角。
[Abstract]:Organizational support theory and psychological contract theory play an important role in the establishment and maintenance of employee-organization relationship. Due to the different emphasis of the two theories, the influence of the previous study period on the organization. In fact, although the two theories have their own complete process of action, the object, the process and the result of the action are all closely related. By analyzing and comparing the similarities and differences between the theory of organizational support and the theory of psychological contract, this paper integrates the two theories and puts forward the correlation between the two theories, hoping to provide a new angle of view for the study of the staff-organization relationship.
