咨詢(xún)類(lèi)企業(yè)人力資源管理體系構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:管理咨詢(xún)作為加強(qiáng)和改善企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的重要手段,已被世界各國(guó)公認(rèn)。20世紀(jì)70年代,美國(guó)全產(chǎn)業(yè)的70%,日本全產(chǎn)業(yè)的50%,在咨詢(xún)顧問(wèn)的幫助下改善經(jīng)營(yíng)管理,取得了很大的成績(jī)。我國(guó)的管理咨詢(xún)從20世紀(jì)80年代起步,經(jīng)過(guò)20多年的發(fā)展,咨詢(xún)業(yè)的重要性已經(jīng)被越來(lái)越多的國(guó)人重視,咨詢(xún)業(yè)作為朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè),具有很大的發(fā)展空間,也吸引了越來(lái)越多的投資。但是,我國(guó)的咨詢(xún)行業(yè)也存在著眾多的問(wèn)題,和國(guó)際咨詢(xún)公司存在較大的差距,尤其是在核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的打造上。而核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力主要來(lái)自于企業(yè)中的人力資源,任何企業(yè)都離不開(kāi)優(yōu)秀的人力資源管理,特別是對(duì)咨詢(xún)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),人力資源管理不完善是很多問(wèn)題的根源所在,而這已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重阻礙了企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,因此,研究咨詢(xún)類(lèi)企業(yè)人力資源建設(shè)及管理中的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,并找出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和解決辦法,在咨詢(xún)類(lèi)企業(yè)的發(fā)展中具有重要的作用和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先通過(guò)對(duì)咨詢(xún)類(lèi)企業(yè)人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述,其次對(duì)咨詢(xún)類(lèi)企業(yè)人力資源管理所存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,然后通過(guò)對(duì)T公司進(jìn)行人力資源現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)卷調(diào)查與訪(fǎng)談?wù){(diào)查,實(shí)證分析找出企業(yè)人力資源管理問(wèn)題所在;最后,根據(jù)T咨詢(xún)公司存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合實(shí)踐和相關(guān)理論,為T(mén)公司制訂了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,使其能夠更大程度地吸才、選才、用才、育才、留才,有效實(shí)現(xiàn)人才激勵(lì),提升管理績(jī)效,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:As an important means to strengthen and improve the management of enterprises, management consulting has been recognized by all countries all over the world. In the 1970s, the whole industry of the United States and 50 percent of the whole industry of Japan have been improved with the help of consulting consultants, and great achievements have been made. The management consultation of our country started from the 1980s, after more than 20 years of development, the importance of the consulting industry has been paid more and more attention to by more and more people. As a sunrise industry, consulting industry has a great space for development. It has also attracted more and more investment. However, China's consulting industry also has many problems, and there is a big gap with international consulting companies, especially in the building of core competitiveness. The core competitiveness mainly comes from the human resources in the enterprise, any enterprise can not do without the excellent human resource management, especially for the consulting enterprise, the imperfect human resource management is the root of many problems. And this has seriously hindered the further development of enterprises, therefore, to study the actual problems in the construction and management of human resources in consulting enterprises, and to find out the corresponding countermeasures and solutions, It plays an important role and practical significance in the development of consulting enterprises. This paper first describes the current situation of human resource management in consulting enterprises, then analyzes the problems existing in human resource management of consulting enterprises, and then carries out a questionnaire survey and an interview survey on the current situation of human resources in T Company. Finally, according to the existing problems of T consulting company, combined with practice and relevant theory, the corresponding countermeasures are worked out for T company, so that it can attract, select and use talent to a greater extent. Cultivate talent, retain talent, effectively realize talent motivation, improve management performance, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.
