【摘要】：正中國特色新型智庫是國家治理體系的重要組成部分,在國家治理現(xiàn)代化過程中發(fā)揮著不可替代的智力支持作用。智庫在公共治理中的多元功能產(chǎn)生于智庫與公共治理天然特質(zhì)的內(nèi)在契合,發(fā)展于在公共治理實踐中通過動態(tài)耦合實現(xiàn)的協(xié)同發(fā)展。內(nèi)在契合與耦合共進共同構(gòu)成了智庫與公共治理的內(nèi)生關系。智庫與公共治理的內(nèi)在契合智庫作為思想工廠,匯聚大量信息、知識和人才,不斷淘漉和吸納著各類信息,監(jiān)控和預測著各類問題,創(chuàng)造和傳播著各類知識和思想,這一特質(zhì)正契合了當代公共
[Abstract]:A new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics is an important part of the national governance system and plays an irreplaceable role in intellectual support in the process of modernization of national governance. The pluralistic functions of think-tanks in public governance arise from the inherent agreement between think-tanks and the natural characteristics of public governance, and develop from the cooperative development realized through dynamic coupling in the practice of public governance. The internal fit and coupling together constitute the endogenous relationship between think-tank and public governance. The internal fit between think-tanks and public governance is the ideological factory, which gathers a great deal of information, knowledge and talents, constantly perishes and absorbs all kinds of information, monitors and predicts all kinds of problems, and creates and disseminates all kinds of knowledge and ideas. This trait fits the contemporary public.
