【摘要】：科學(xué)決策保障決策的科學(xué)性與理性�？茖W(xué)決策要發(fā)揮智庫在決策中的作用。美國智庫發(fā)展迅速且形成了一套成熟的參與決策的運行機制,對我國智庫的建設(shè)與發(fā)展具有借鑒意義。全球化背景下,借鑒美國智庫先進經(jīng)驗,創(chuàng)造性地建設(shè)和發(fā)展中國特色新型智庫,建立健全決策咨詢制度,加強自身建設(shè),打造具有國內(nèi)外影響力和競爭力的中國特色新型智庫,提升中國智庫的參與決策的水平和能力,發(fā)揮現(xiàn)代智庫在科學(xué)決策中的重要作用,促進國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:Scientific decision-making ensures scientific and rational decision-making. Scientific decision-making should play the role of think-tank in decision-making. American think-tanks have developed rapidly and formed a set of mature operational mechanisms to participate in decision-making, which can be used for reference in the construction and development of our country's think-tanks. Under the background of globalization, we should learn from the advanced experience of American think tanks, creatively build and develop new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics, establish and improve the decision-making consultation system, and strengthen their own construction. To build a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics with domestic and foreign influence and competitiveness, to promote the level and ability of Chinese think-tank to participate in decision-making, to give play to the important role of modern think-tank in scientific decision-making, and to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance ability.
