【摘要】：當(dāng)前,管理研究與管理實(shí)踐需求的脫節(jié)問(wèn)題已經(jīng)引起許多學(xué)者的關(guān)注和反思。鑒于此,本專(zhuān)欄邀請(qǐng)了陳春花、曹仰鋒、陳威如、肖知興、叢龍峰5位學(xué)者就"如何跨越學(xué)術(shù)世界和現(xiàn)實(shí)世界之間的鴻溝"進(jìn)行討論。如果畫(huà)一個(gè)坐標(biāo),一軸代表管理學(xué)術(shù)研究,另一軸代表管理實(shí)踐,那么,這5位學(xué)者在探討學(xué)術(shù)和實(shí)踐的過(guò)程中,仍然構(gòu)成了一個(gè)多樣化的學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài),希望他們以其獨(dú)特的觀點(diǎn)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)和人生道路能給學(xué)界同道們一些啟發(fā)和示范,有助于中國(guó)管理學(xué)界走出目前面臨的"上不著天,下不接地"的困惑。這5篇專(zhuān)欄文章都曾經(jīng)在今年的"第5屆中國(guó)管理學(xué)者交流營(yíng)"和第5次"煮茶問(wèn)道"本土管理研究論壇上作為會(huì)議論文同與會(huì)者進(jìn)行過(guò)深入討論,并且引起了相當(dāng)?shù)姆错�。限于篇�?5篇專(zhuān)欄文章將分為兩期刊發(fā),以饗讀者。
[Abstract]:At present, the disconnection between management research and management practice needs has attracted many scholars' attention and reflection. In view of this, this column invites five scholars, Chen Chunhua, Cao Yangfeng, Chen Weiru, Xiao Zhixing and Cong Longfeng, to discuss how to bridge the gap between the academic world and the real world. If one coordinate is drawn, one axis represents management academic research and the other represents management practice, then the five scholars still constitute a diversified academic ecology in the course of discussing academic and practical research. It is hoped that with their unique viewpoint, experience and life path, they can give some inspiration and demonstration to the scholars, and help the Chinese management circles to get out of the puzzlement of "no heaven, no earth". These five columns have been discussed with the participants as conference papers at the 5th China Management Scholars Exchange Camp this year and the 5th "Tea making" Forum, which has caused considerable repercussions. Limited to 5 columns will be published in two issues for readers.
