【摘要】：正咨詢企業(yè)知識(shí)創(chuàng)新是我國(guó)咨詢企業(yè)發(fā)展的核心問題,也是我國(guó)咨詢產(chǎn)業(yè)研究的熱點(diǎn)問題。近10年,我國(guó)咨詢企業(yè)依靠知識(shí)創(chuàng)新,增加了咨詢技術(shù)和方法的科技含量,改善了咨詢服務(wù)技術(shù)手段,極大地提高了咨詢服務(wù)的質(zhì)量和水平。但是,我們也清醒地看到,我國(guó)咨詢企業(yè)的發(fā)展主要是依靠智力資源的高消耗實(shí)現(xiàn)的,其增長(zhǎng)方式還相當(dāng)粗放,知識(shí)創(chuàng)新對(duì)于咨詢企業(yè)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)率較低。因此,通過知識(shí)創(chuàng)新推動(dòng)我
[Abstract]:Knowledge innovation of consulting enterprises is the core problem in the development of consulting enterprises in our country, and it is also a hot issue in the research of consulting industry in our country. In the last 10 years, consulting enterprises in our country rely on knowledge innovation to increase the scientific and technological content of consulting techniques and methods, improve the technical means of consulting services, and greatly improve the quality and level of consulting services. However, we also see soberly that the development of consulting enterprises in our country mainly depends on the high consumption of intellectual resources, its growth mode is quite extensive, and the contribution rate of knowledge innovation to the development of consulting enterprises is low. So, through knowledge innovation, I'm being pushed forward.
