【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國(guó)同姓?qǐng)F(tuán)體的大量興起引起了學(xué)界關(guān)注和爭(zhēng)論。與宗族不同的是,同姓?qǐng)F(tuán)體獲得政府層次的政策和法律的認(rèn)可,具備社會(huì)團(tuán)體法人資格,同時(shí)也被政府重新界定,接受政府的管理。政府對(duì)同姓?qǐng)F(tuán)體的認(rèn)可,是將社會(huì)中的組織化利益聯(lián)合到政府的決策框架中,體現(xiàn)了國(guó)家對(duì)社會(huì)的需要和吸納。政府確保了同姓?qǐng)F(tuán)體的合法地位,同姓?qǐng)F(tuán)體獲得合法性和進(jìn)行合法化努力的同時(shí)也帶來了政府滲透力和整合力的增強(qiáng),但這種政府影響力的擴(kuò)張不再是行政命令——而是一種基于對(duì)同姓?qǐng)F(tuán)體的合法承認(rèn),和基于對(duì)同姓?qǐng)F(tuán)體利益表達(dá)的認(rèn)可和尊重基礎(chǔ)上的管理和引導(dǎo)。這樣,同姓?qǐng)F(tuán)體與政府建立起了制度化聯(lián)系渠道,雙方互動(dòng)形成的是相互增強(qiáng)和獲益的合作關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:At present, the mass rise of the same surname group in our country has aroused the attention and controversy of the academic circles. Different from the clan, the same family name group is recognized by the government level of policy and law, and has the legal personality of the social organization. At the same time, it is redefined by the government and accepted by the government. The recognition of the same surname group by the government is to combine the organized interests of the society into the decision-making framework of the government, which reflects the needs and absorption of the country to the society. The government has ensured the legal status of the same surname group, which has gained legitimacy and legalization efforts, and has also led to increased government penetration and integration. But the expansion of government influence is no longer an executive order-but a kind of management and guidance based on the legal recognition of the same surname group and on the recognition and respect of the expression of the interests of the same family name group. In this way, the same family name group and the government establish an institutionalized communication channel, and the mutual interaction forms a mutually reinforcing and beneficial cooperative relationship.
