【摘要】：正寫報告,目的只有一個,那就是解決問題。既然是解決問題,首先就得提出問題,然后是分析問題,可以概括為"說結(jié)果,找原因,出對策"。下面以經(jīng)營分析報告為例,介紹"三段論式"分析報告的寫作方法。
