【摘要】：分析長株潭地區(qū)高校計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)學(xué)生人數(shù)可反映長株潭地區(qū)計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)人才需求狀況。利用每年高校計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)學(xué)生人數(shù)的平均值,選擇Cubic模型、Logistic模型、灰色系統(tǒng)模型仿真其變化趨勢,在關(guān)聯(lián)程度相近的前提下,利用均方差最小的原則對(duì)模型選優(yōu)。結(jié)果證明,Logistic模型與現(xiàn)實(shí)較接近,在預(yù)測人才需求趨勢上具有較好效果,為長株潭地區(qū)高校計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)資源配置、招生和就業(yè)提供理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐參考。
[Abstract]:Analyzing the number of computer major students in Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area can reflect the demand of computer professionals in Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area. Based on the average number of students majoring in computer science every year, the Cubic model and the grey system model are chosen to simulate the change trend of the model. Under the premise of similar correlation degree, the model is optimized by using the principle of minimum mean square deviation. The results show that the Logistic model is close to reality and has a good effect in predicting the trend of talent demand, which provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the allocation of computer professional resources, enrollment and employment in colleges and universities in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area.
