【摘要】:組織腐敗是多人或團體通過不恰當?shù)馁Y源和途徑追求自身利益的行為,相較于個人腐敗具有更大的危害性、復雜性。本文通過對國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有組織腐敗研究進行系統(tǒng)梳理,闡述了組織腐敗研究的興起,界定了組織腐敗的類型,同時,從經(jīng)濟學、社會學、心理學等視角綜述了組織腐敗研究進展。最后,論文概括了我國組織腐敗現(xiàn)狀,并基于現(xiàn)有文獻對組織腐敗的防治方法進行研究。本文從不同領(lǐng)域、視角總結(jié)了組織腐敗理論研究進展,研究的啟示對于進一步厘清組織腐敗根源,應(yīng)對并遏制組織腐敗現(xiàn)象,具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Organizational corruption is the behavior of many people or groups pursuing their own interests through inappropriate resources and channels. Compared with individual corruption, organizational corruption is more harmful and complex. By systematically combing the existing research on organizational corruption at home and abroad, this paper expounds the rise of the study of organizational corruption, defines the types of organizational corruption, and summarizes the progress in the study of organizational corruption from the perspectives of economics, sociology and psychology. Finally, the paper summarizes the current situation of organizational corruption in China, and studies the methods of prevention and control of organizational corruption based on existing literature. This paper summarizes the research progress of organizational corruption theory from different fields, and the enlightenment of the study is of great significance for further clarifying the root causes of organizational corruption, coping with and containing the phenomenon of organizational corruption.
