【摘要】：[目的/意義]智庫成為一個(gè)全球化的現(xiàn)象,對智庫進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的評價(jià)有助于推動(dòng)智庫的發(fā)展,提高智庫的影響力。[方法/過程]從智庫評價(jià)的宏觀層面入手,對比介紹了市場主導(dǎo)、政府主導(dǎo)和第三方主導(dǎo)的評價(jià)模式;針對形形色色的第三方模式,探討了目前典型的評價(jià)體系的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),然后從微觀層面介紹了目前學(xué)術(shù)界對智庫評價(jià)的研究。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]研究發(fā)現(xiàn),各個(gè)國家的評價(jià)模式都存在一定的弊端,但都建立了基于各國特色的評價(jià)體系,各國學(xué)者對評價(jià)指標(biāo)的細(xì)分探討也頗為詳盡,而我國的智庫建設(shè)和智庫評價(jià)建設(shè)都處于起步階段,我國的智庫評價(jià)建設(shè)應(yīng)與智庫建設(shè)相輔相成。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: think-tank becomes a global phenomenon, and scientific and reasonable evaluation of think-tank is helpful to promote the development of think-tank and enhance the influence of think-tank. [method / process] from the macroscopic aspect of evaluation of think-tank, this paper compares and introduces the evaluation modes of market leading, government leading and third party leading, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of typical evaluation system in view of various third party models. Then it introduces the current academic research on the evaluation of think tanks from the micro level. [results / conclusions] the study found that the evaluation models of each country have some drawbacks, but all have established evaluation systems based on the characteristics of each country, and scholars from various countries have also discussed in detail the subdivision of evaluation indicators. However, the construction of think-tank and the evaluation of think-tank in China are at the initial stage, and the construction of think-tank evaluation in China should complement the construction of think-tank.
