治理時代組織領導思維型構的“綜合創(chuàng)新”理路

【摘要】:治理時代賦予了組織管理模式現(xiàn)代化轉型的使命,其中,組織領導思維結構的現(xiàn)代化轉型是題中之義。面對社會治理結構變遷中組織成員大眾化并智識化趨勢的延展,組織領導思維的結構性張力已然凸顯,它體現(xiàn)為思維要素、思維對象、思維過程和思維結果等主要構面邏輯化整合的艱巨任務,也就進一步需要在組織治理框架下尋求組織目標的戰(zhàn)略思維、組織問題的能力思維、組織價值的意志思維、組織方案的權力思維、組織方式的策略思維、組織結果的責任思維和組織品格的藝術思維等基本領域的綜合創(chuàng)新路向。這樣,治理時代的組織領導思維模式才能為組織結構與能力現(xiàn)代化變革發(fā)揮積極有效的推動作用。
[Abstract]:The times of governance have given the mission of the modernization transformation of the organizational management mode, among which, the modernization transformation of the thinking structure of the organization leadership is the meaning of the topic. In the face of the extension of the popularization and intellectual tendency of the organizational members in the changes of the social governance structure, the structural tension of the organizational leadership thinking has been highlighted, which is reflected in the elements of thinking and the objects of thinking. The arduous task of logical integration, such as thinking process and thinking result, further needs to seek the strategic thinking of organizational goal, the ability thinking of organizational problem, the volitional thinking of organizational value under the framework of organizational governance. The comprehensive innovation direction of the basic fields, such as power thinking of organization plan, strategic thinking of organization mode, responsibility thinking of organizational result and artistic thinking of organizational character, etc. In this way, the thinking mode of organizational leadership in the times of governance can play an active and effective role in promoting the modernization of organizational structure and ability.
