【摘要】：社會(huì)穩(wěn)定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估已引起政府與學(xué)術(shù)界的關(guān)注與討論,對(duì)維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定具有重要意義。文章在層次分析法、模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法與案例分析法的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用yaahp10.3軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)將AHP-FCE法結(jié)合,從合法性、合理性、可行性、可控性四方面因素出發(fā),構(gòu)建社會(huì)穩(wěn)定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系與評(píng)估模型;并結(jié)合X項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)證了所建立的評(píng)估模型的有效性和合理性。研究結(jié)論為所構(gòu)建的評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系對(duì)項(xiàng)目穩(wěn)評(píng)具有一定的可行性,該方法簡(jiǎn)化了傳統(tǒng)計(jì)算復(fù)雜問題,可為不同類型的項(xiàng)目社會(huì)穩(wěn)定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估提供理論依據(jù)與參考。
[Abstract]:The risk assessment of social stability has attracted the attention and discussion of the government and academic circles, which is of great significance to the maintenance of social stability. On the basis of analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and case analysis, this paper uses yaahp10.3 software to realize the combination of AHP-FCE method, starting from four aspects: legitimacy, rationality, feasibility and controllability. The evaluation index system and evaluation model of social stability risk are constructed, and the validity and rationality of the established evaluation model are verified with X project. The conclusion of the study is that the established evaluation index system is feasible for project stability evaluation. This method simplifies the traditional calculation of complex problems and can provide theoretical basis and reference for different types of social stability risk assessment of projects.
