【摘要】：當(dāng)代科學(xué)呈現(xiàn)領(lǐng)域知識融合的大趨勢,開展交叉研究勢在必行。然而,開展交叉研究將面臨資源獲取、成果認(rèn)定、人才培養(yǎng)等方面的諸多挑戰(zhàn)。如何促進(jìn)此類科研機(jī)構(gòu)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,是一個(gè)待解決的重要管理問題。本文分析了中國科學(xué)院管理、決策與信息系統(tǒng)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室歷經(jīng)28年的發(fā)展,成為運(yùn)籌學(xué)、系統(tǒng)工程、管理科學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)和應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)交叉領(lǐng)域有重要國際影響的研究基地和科研領(lǐng)軍人才培養(yǎng)基地的成長歷程,總結(jié)了其所采用的管理對策,以及在持續(xù)成長中所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文提煉出交叉領(lǐng)域科研機(jī)構(gòu)在組建、成長、持續(xù)成長階段的關(guān)鍵成長要素及其相應(yīng)的管理對策。最后,本文基于此案例分析就交叉領(lǐng)域科研機(jī)構(gòu)的管理提出幾點(diǎn)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Contemporary science presents the general trend of domain knowledge fusion, so it is imperative to carry out cross-research. However, cross-research will be faced with many challenges, such as resource acquisition, achievement recognition, talent training and so on. How to promote the sustainable development of such research institutions is an important management problem to be solved. After 28 years of development, the key Laboratory of Management, decision making and Information Systems of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has become a science of operational research, systems engineering and management. The growth course of the research base and the training base of scientific research leaders which have important international influence in the cross field of computer science and applied mathematics are summarized. The management countermeasures adopted and the challenges in the sustainable growth are summarized. On this basis, this paper abstracts the key growth elements and corresponding management countermeasures of cross-domain scientific research institutions in the stage of formation, growth and sustained growth. Finally, based on the case study, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the management of cross-domain scientific research institutions.
