【摘要】：組織面臨空前激烈的挑戰(zhàn)和壓力,長期以來被忽視的組織健康正在受到國內(nèi)外學(xué)者和企業(yè)界人士的關(guān)注和重視。作者對國內(nèi)外已有研究成果進行了梳理,結(jié)合時代背景界定了組織健康的概念,總結(jié)了組織健康具有環(huán)境適應(yīng)性、自我調(diào)節(jié)性、學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)新性、持續(xù)成長性和組織、員工與社會健康并存性等特征,并列舉了現(xiàn)有研究的維度劃分類型。目前學(xué)界對組織健康的研究尚處于探索階段,組織健康的內(nèi)涵、維度及其測量等基礎(chǔ)性問題的解決是進一步開展組織健康前因后果研究的前提,在此基礎(chǔ)上,才能為促進組織健康提供可靠有效的管理建議。
[Abstract]:Organizations are facing unprecedented challenges and pressures. The health of organizations, which has been neglected for a long time, is being paid attention to by scholars at home and abroad and business circles. The author combs the existing research results at home and abroad, defines the concept of organizational health in combination with the background of the times, summarizes that organizational health has environmental adaptability, self-regulation, learning innovation, sustainable growth and organization. The characteristics of co-existence of employee and social health are presented, and the dimensionality classification types of existing studies are listed. At present, the research on organizational health in academic circles is still in the exploratory stage. The solution of basic problems such as the connotation, dimension and measurement of organizational health is the premise of further research on the causes and consequences of organizational health. In order to promote the health of the organization to provide reliable and effective management advice.
