【摘要】：基于典型的大眾協(xié)同創(chuàng)新社區(qū),在社區(qū)用戶主體、知識(shí)文本和知識(shí)元3種要素的知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)上,引入要素之間的映射關(guān)系,基于超網(wǎng)絡(luò)的理論和方法來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)用戶知識(shí)超網(wǎng)絡(luò)集成建模,從而為社區(qū)用戶知識(shí)資源全要素管理提供有效的分析框架。同時(shí),結(jié)合復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)和社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法,對(duì)超網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型進(jìn)行的實(shí)例分析,表明該模型分析方法深入、視角多,為企業(yè)的多目標(biāo)用戶知識(shí)獲取提供了一種新的可視化、定量化的工具,為社區(qū)的用戶知識(shí)管理提供了方向和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the typical community of collaborative innovation, based on the knowledge network of the three elements of community user, knowledge text and knowledge element, the mapping relationship between the elements is introduced.Based on the theory and method of supernetwork, the integrated modeling of user knowledge supernetwork is realized, which provides an effective analysis framework for the management of all elements of community user knowledge resources.At the same time, combined with the analysis method of complex network and social network, the example analysis of the supernetwork model shows that the analysis method of the model is deep and the visual angle is many, which provides a new visualization for the multi-objective user knowledge acquisition of the enterprise.The quantitative tools provide the direction and basis for the knowledge management of the users in the community.
