【摘要】：以Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫收錄的制度邏輯文獻為研究對象,采用文獻計量方法對制度邏輯研究的文獻外部特征和學(xué)科知識結(jié)構(gòu)及其研究熱點與趨勢進行分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,制度邏輯研究領(lǐng)域的學(xué)科知識結(jié)構(gòu)由6個部分構(gòu)成:競爭邏輯、制度變遷與組織實踐;制度與組織關(guān)系研究;多重制度環(huán)境、混合型組織和制度創(chuàng)業(yè);多重制度邏輯、競爭邏輯與組織戰(zhàn)略反應(yīng);制度化、制度理論與制度變遷;組織合法性、組織場域與戰(zhàn)略反應(yīng)。第二,制度邏輯研究熱點趨勢主要包括競爭邏輯下的組織戰(zhàn)略反應(yīng)、制度創(chuàng)業(yè)與合法性、新興經(jīng)濟體國家的制度邏輯與組織戰(zhàn)略反應(yīng)以及不同層次政府制度邏輯對組織影響等4大主題類團。最后,提出制度邏輯可拓展的研究領(lǐng)域和研究方法,以期為制度邏輯學(xué)術(shù)
[Abstract]:Taking the institutional logic documents included in the Web of Science database as the research object, this paper analyzes the external characteristics of the documents and the structure of the subject knowledge and the research hot spots and trends of the institutional logic research by the method of bibliometrics.First, the subject knowledge structure in the field of institutional logic is composed of six parts: competition logic, institutional change and organizational practice, research on the relationship between institution and organization, multi-institutional environment, mixed organization and institutional entrepreneurship.Multiple institutional logic, competition logic and organizational strategic response; institutionalization, institutional theory and institutional change; organizational legitimacy, organizational field and strategic response.Second, the hot trends of institutional logic research mainly include organizational strategic response, institutional entrepreneurship and legitimacy under the competition logic.The institutional logic and organizational strategic response of emerging economies and the influence of different levels of government institutional logic on the organization are divided into four groups.Finally, the paper puts forward the research field and research methods which can be expanded in institutional logic, in order to be the academic research of institutional logic.
