【摘要】：正在管理學(xué)中,“法約爾橋”是指在層級(jí)劃分嚴(yán)格的組織中,為提高辦事效率,兩個(gè)分屬不同系統(tǒng)的部門遇到協(xié)作才能解決的問題時(shí),可先自行商量、自行解決,只有協(xié)商不成時(shí)才報(bào)請(qǐng)上級(jí)部門解決。“法約爾橋”是針對(duì)上下級(jí)構(gòu)成的梯形權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)中缺乏有效的橫向溝通而產(chǎn)生的,它的出現(xiàn)為跨部門溝通提供了一條捷徑。很多時(shí)候,組織中上下級(jí)以及同級(jí)之間產(chǎn)生的一些內(nèi)部矛盾和恩怨情仇都是由于溝通的障礙,就算有的內(nèi)部矛盾是基于歷史的淵源和別的因素,只要在工作中能展開有
