迭代式創(chuàng)新關(guān)鍵維度、機(jī)制與理論模型構(gòu)建——基于海爾創(chuàng)業(yè)“小微”的多案例研究

【摘要】:迭代式創(chuàng)新既非漸進(jìn)式創(chuàng)新,也與突破性創(chuàng)新不同,其要素包括用戶(hù)參與、快速試錯(cuò)、持續(xù)改善、顛覆效應(yīng)等。交互性和超前性是迭代式創(chuàng)新兩大基本維度,用戶(hù)互動(dòng)、快速響應(yīng)和跨界整合是三種關(guān)鍵機(jī)制。交互性體現(xiàn)為創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)與用戶(hù)的全過(guò)程互動(dòng),超前性體現(xiàn)為超越用戶(hù)知識(shí)和現(xiàn)有技術(shù)路線(xiàn)。用戶(hù)交互機(jī)制依賴(lài)交互團(tuán)隊(duì)和交互平臺(tái);快速響應(yīng)機(jī)制的要點(diǎn)有快速對(duì)接資源、推出產(chǎn)品并進(jìn)行迭代;跨界整合是一種對(duì)資源的跨界整合機(jī)制,從組織外與行業(yè)外尋找資源和技術(shù)方案。迭代式創(chuàng)新是一個(gè)組織學(xué)習(xí)與演化的過(guò)程,其理論模型包括驅(qū)動(dòng)因素、過(guò)程因素和結(jié)果變量。迭代式創(chuàng)新理論研究有助于豐富現(xiàn)有創(chuàng)新理論,對(duì)實(shí)踐具有指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Iterative innovation is neither gradual innovation, nor is it different from breakthrough innovation. Its elements include user participation, rapid trial and error, continuous improvement, subversive effect, etc. Interaction and predominance are two basic dimensions of iterative innovation. Rapid response and cross-border integration are three key mechanisms. Interaction is the interaction between the innovation team and the user, and the surpassing of the user's knowledge and existing technical route. The user interaction mechanism depends on the interactive team and the interactive platform. Key elements of a rapid response mechanism are the quick docking of resources, the introduction of products and iteration; cross-border integration is a mechanism for cross-border integration of resources, Iterative innovation is a process of organizational learning and evolution, and its theoretical model includes driving factors. The research of iterative innovation theory is helpful to enrich the existing innovation theory and has guiding value to practice.
