【摘要】： 對(duì)于長期從事公文寫作的人們來說,如何利用好公文寫作資源,使之高效的服務(wù)于公文創(chuàng)作,已經(jīng)成為制約公文寫作發(fā)展的瓶頸。本文嘗試以行政公文寫作數(shù)據(jù)庫研究為突破點(diǎn),將計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)等現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用于行政公文寫作實(shí)踐之中,以達(dá)到高質(zhì)量高效率實(shí)現(xiàn)公文創(chuàng)作的目的。 在研究中,通過對(duì)行政公文寫作數(shù)據(jù)庫的概念特征、建設(shè)依據(jù)、建設(shè)原則、內(nèi)容構(gòu)成、模塊功能、建設(shè)中存在的問題及解決策略等幾部分的理論探討,嘗試對(duì)行政公文寫作數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的理論研究。 本文研究的意義在于:從理論上看,可以在很大程度上填補(bǔ)了公文寫作關(guān)于數(shù)據(jù)庫方面的理論空白,可以為今后的公文寫作研究提供一個(gè)豐富、翔實(shí)的學(xué)科資料庫;從使用者的角度來看,一個(gè)公文寫作數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)能夠更方便更快捷地完成公文寫作者所需求的公文文檔,提高公文制作的質(zhì)量和效率,更好的指導(dǎo)公文寫作實(shí)踐。從開發(fā)價(jià)值來看,制作公文寫作數(shù)據(jù)庫的社會(huì)需求很大,具有很大的市場空間和商業(yè)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:For people who have been engaged in official document writing for a long time, how to make good use of the official document writing resources to make it serve the official document creation efficiently, This paper attempts to apply modern information technology such as computer technology, network technology and other modern information technology to the practice of administrative document writing, taking the research of administrative document writing database as the breakthrough point, which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of official document writing. In order to achieve high quality and high efficiency to achieve the purpose of official document creation. In the research, the paper discusses the concept characteristics, construction basis, construction principle, content constitution, module function, existing problems and solving strategies of administrative document writing database. This paper attempts to make a systematic theoretical study on the construction of administrative document writing database. The significance of this study lies in: theoretically, it can fill the theoretical blank of official document writing on database to a large extent, and can provide a rich and detailed subject database for the future official document writing research; From the user's point of view, a document writing database system can more conveniently and more quickly complete the official document required by the official document writer, and improve the quality and efficiency of the official document production. From the point of view of development value, there is a great social demand for making official document writing database, which has great market space and commercial value.
