【摘要】：隨著信息傳播速度的迅猛提高,如何正確高效地應(yīng)對和處理危機事件,如何快速地維持和修復(fù)組織的公眾形象損失,已經(jīng)成為當今社會各組織生存發(fā)展的重要課題。文章結(jié)合危機管理的理論領(lǐng)域,闡述了危機事件及其分類、危機管理的重要意義以及對應(yīng)不同危機情境有效的危機反應(yīng)策略,為危機事件的傳播和溝通提供科學(xué)闡釋及建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information dissemination, how to deal with crisis events correctly and efficiently, how to quickly maintain and repair the loss of public image of the organization, It has become an important subject for the survival and development of various social organizations. This paper, in combination with the theoretical field of crisis management, expounds the crisis events and their classification, the significance of crisis management and the effective crisis response strategies corresponding to different crisis situations.
