【摘要】：美國有被公認為發(fā)展最早且較為完善的智庫體系。美國智庫的獨立性、創(chuàng)新性和高效性為其在公民中的可信度打下了基礎。不過其體系也并非完美無缺,日益政治化使得美國智庫的客觀性和可靠性都受到損害。隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和一體化進程加快,以及中國在國際舞臺上發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用,中國智庫的發(fā)展或許可以借鑒美國智庫體系的經(jīng)驗。本文分析美國智庫得以成功發(fā)展的原因及其弊端,詮釋了美國智庫體系對中國智庫發(fā)展可能產(chǎn)生的影響。
[Abstract]:The United States is recognized as the earliest and relatively perfect think-tank system. Its independence, innovation and efficiency lay the foundation for its credibility among its citizens. But its system is not perfect, either. The growing politicization has undermined the objectivity and reliability of the US think-tank. With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization and integration, and with China playing an increasingly important role on the international stage, The development of Chinese think-tank may draw lessons from the experience of American think-tank system. This paper analyzes the reasons and disadvantages of the successful development of American think-tank, and explains the possible influence of American think-tank system on the development of Chinese think-tank.
