【摘要】：文章盤點了目前國內(nèi)外有關(guān)組織雙元的主要研究成果,清楚界定并比較了結(jié)構(gòu)雙元與背景雙元,歸納了組織雙元與績效的關(guān)系及實現(xiàn)雙元的前導(dǎo)變量。更重要地,文章開創(chuàng)性地開發(fā)了一個組織雙元的綜合框架模型,并指出今后亟待研究的領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:The inventory of the current researches at home and abroad related organizations dual, clearly defined and compared the structure of dual and dual summarizes the background, organization and performance of dual and dual leading variables. More importantly, the pioneering the development of a comprehensive framework of dual organization model in the future, and points out the research field.
