管道工程項目管理信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:管道工程項目管理信息系統(tǒng)是用于中國石油管道工程全生命周期建設(shè)的項目管理信息系統(tǒng)。首先,本文在管道工程項目管理信息系統(tǒng)研究的課題中,對管道工程項目管理信息系統(tǒng)研究的必要性、國內(nèi)外信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,進行了分析,總結(jié)了當前系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢和存在問題,提出了當前信息系統(tǒng)研究應(yīng)著重研究解決的相關(guān)問題和準備實現(xiàn)的功能。然后,通過問題與現(xiàn)狀需求分析,提出了管道項目管理信息系統(tǒng)的六個特點: (1)協(xié)同、完整、統(tǒng)一的項目管理平臺; (2)P3EC底層接口的開發(fā),實現(xiàn)符合管道行業(yè)特色的計劃進度管理; (3)針對IPMT、EPC的投資合同管理及業(yè)主變更控制管理; (4)針對多級管理方式的工程質(zhì)量和安全的管理控制; (5)多級采購物資的生產(chǎn)、庫存和發(fā)運到貨的全程跟蹤; (6)與工程技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)集成。 從上述六個特點出發(fā),逐條詳細討論每條特點的由來、難點、解決方案、實施過程、應(yīng)用效果比較、完善建議等內(nèi)容,全面描述項目管理系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)新內(nèi)容。特別是以設(shè)計為龍頭的協(xié)同平臺,符合管道行業(yè)特色的計劃進度管理(P3EC系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用與定制開發(fā)),結(jié)合線路工程的工程量計量方法討論,合同管理與進度管理、質(zhì)量管理、HSE管理以及竣工資料管理的有機結(jié)合等內(nèi)容,從管道工程建設(shè)的角度進行了深入的討論和研究。最后,敘述了在永唐秦管道工程建設(shè)中實施應(yīng)用的過程以及取得的良好效果。信息系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了研究的開發(fā)功能,發(fā)揮了重要作用,在管道工程項目實踐的基礎(chǔ)上,研究成果可以逐步推廣到中國石油的其他后續(xù)工程建設(shè)項目管理中。
[Abstract]:Pipeline project management information system is a project management information system used in the whole life cycle construction of Chinese petroleum pipeline engineering. Firstly, this paper studies the project management information system of pipeline engineering project. This paper analyzes the necessity, construction and application of pipeline engineering project management information system, summarizes the advantages and existing problems of the current system. The paper points out that the current research of information system should focus on the related problems and the functions to be realized. Then, through the analysis of the problems and the current situation, six characteristics of the pipeline project management information system are put forward. Collaborative, complete and unified project management platform; The development of P3EC bottom interface to realize the planning schedule management in line with the characteristics of pipeline industry; Investment contract management and owner change control management for IPMTT EPC; (4) the management and control of engineering quality and safety aiming at the multilevel management mode; 5) Multi-level purchasing materials production, inventory and delivery of the whole process of tracking; Integration with engineering data acquisition system. Proceed from the above six characteristics and discuss in detail the origin, difficulties, solutions, implementation process, application effect comparison, improvement suggestions, etc., of each characteristic. This paper describes the innovative contents of the project management system in an all-round way, especially the collaborative platform based on design, the application and customized development of the P3EC system, which conforms to the characteristics of pipeline industry, and discusses the method of engineering quantity measurement in combination with the line engineering. The organic combination of contract management and schedule management, quality management and HSE management as well as the management of completion data are discussed and studied from the point of view of pipeline engineering construction. This paper describes the application process and the good results obtained in the construction of the Yongtang Qin pipeline project. The information system has realized the development function of the research and played an important role. On the basis of the practice of the pipeline engineering project, the information system has realized the development function of the research and played an important role in the pipeline project construction. The research results can be gradually extended to other subsequent construction project management of PetroChina.
