【摘要】：組織與員工的行為關(guān)系"黑箱"一直是組織關(guān)注的重要問題,在綜述國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對組織和員工的行為關(guān)系做出眾多不同的研究基礎(chǔ)上,文章對組織與員工的行為關(guān)系決策處理分別進(jìn)行了同步和分步博弈分析。對3種博弈機(jī)制的研究表明,組織和員工的決策能力和決策可信是雙方博弈關(guān)系正常運(yùn)行的前提條件,在保證得到?jīng)Q策自由度的前提下,組織應(yīng)當(dāng)依據(jù)工作屬性,調(diào)整工作激勵系數(shù),實現(xiàn)組織效益與員工利益的共贏狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The "black box" of the behavior relationship between the organization and the staff has been an important concern of the organization. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the behavior relationship between the organization and the staff, many different researches have been made. In this paper, the behavior relationship between organization and employees is analyzed by synchronous and stepwise game analysis respectively. The study of three game mechanisms shows that. The decision-making ability and decision credibility of the organization and the staff are the preconditions for the normal operation of the game relationship between the two parties. Under the premise of ensuring the degree of freedom of decision, the organization should adjust the work incentive coefficient according to the working attributes. Realize the win-win state of organization benefit and employee benefit.
