【摘要】：正進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,隨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,信息已成為現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)生活中不可或缺的一部分。信息技術(shù)加強(qiáng)了國家間的密切交流,帶動(dòng)了經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易的友好往來,人類社會(huì)逐步邁向全球化信息文明時(shí)代。在全球信息化背景下,信息技術(shù)打破了原有的世界秩序,政治思想、經(jīng)濟(jì)文化、社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)等為適應(yīng)世界的變化也發(fā)生了改變,保障信息安全健康穩(wěn)定已成為世界各國一致的選擇和共同的期待。信息化的良好發(fā)展少不了管理信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)運(yùn)行,要想發(fā)揮信息的
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, with the rapid development of modern science and technology, information has become an indispensable part of modern production and life. In the context of global information technology, information technology has broken the original world order, political ideas, economic and cultural. Social structure and so on to adapt to the changes in the world have also changed. Safeguarding information security, health and stability has become a common choice and common expectation of all countries in the world. The good development of information technology is indispensable for the construction and operation of management information systems.
