【摘要】：正各行各業(yè)的管理都離不開(kāi)帶有"以人為本"特點(diǎn)的情感管理與力求嚴(yán)格規(guī)范的制度管理的結(jié)合運(yùn)用。作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,既要掌握好面向下屬進(jìn)行情感管理時(shí)的方法技巧,也要控制好實(shí)施制度管理的效用尺度。古今管理有成的典例對(duì)此多有體現(xiàn)。許多著名將帥非常善于將"愛(ài)兵如子""同甘共苦"與"軍令如山""令行禁止"結(jié)合起來(lái),戰(zhàn)國(guó)時(shí)代的名將吳起就是這方面的一個(gè)典型。據(jù)《史記·孫子吳起列傳》記載:"吳起善用兵,廉平,盡能得士心。"吳起之所以"盡能得士心",就在于其善于對(duì)下屬施以恩德,親近關(guān)照下屬。因此,下屬對(duì)其感情深厚,樂(lè)于服從其指揮領(lǐng)導(dǎo),甚至愿意為其出生入死,跟其一起建功立業(yè)。吳起作為將帥,平日卻能和士兵們同甘共苦,吃一樣的飯食,穿一樣的衣服,在軍營(yíng)中就地睡覺(jué),不肯使用專門的床席,行軍時(shí)不乘坐車馬,與士兵一樣背著軍糧步行。一次,有個(gè)士兵身生毒瘡,吳起親自照料他。在當(dāng)時(shí)醫(yī)療資源匱乏的情況下,為減輕士兵的痛苦,吳起竟然為他吸吮膿液。這個(gè)士兵的母親聽(tīng)說(shuō)后大哭,別人奇怪地問(wèn):"你兒子一個(gè)小卒,幸得將軍親自照料他,你怎么還那樣哭呢?"那位母親的回答讓人驚訝而深思:以前她的丈夫也是吳將軍的下屬,曾負(fù)過(guò)傷,吳將軍就曾為其
