【摘要】：中國企業(yè)正面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn):既要應對全球化背景下的市場競爭,又缺少所需要的管理者,這又帶來中國管理教育不容回避的挑戰(zhàn):如何培養(yǎng)大量的中國企業(yè)所急需的具有創(chuàng)新能力的管理者?中國傳統(tǒng)的教育思想習慣于知識的傳播,體現(xiàn)在管理教育領域則是將西方過去一百多年所積累的管理理論與管理知識引進到中國,但引進西方管理思想下所積累的管理理論與管理知識已遠遠不能滿足中國企業(yè)對管理者創(chuàng)新能力的要求。因此,中國管理教育必須重新定義自己:以中國管理者的需求為中心設定教育目標,展開教育內容,并采取針對性的教育方法。
[Abstract]:Chinese enterprises are facing an unprecedented challenge : to deal with the market competition under the background of globalization and the lack of managers required , which brings about the challenge of China ' s management education : how to cultivate a large number of management theories and management knowledge accumulated by Chinese enterprises in the past more than a hundred years , but the introduction of the management theory and management knowledge accumulated by the West in the past more than one hundred years has far failed to meet the demands of Chinese enterprises to the managerial innovation ability . Therefore , China ' s management education must redefine itself : set the educational goal for the center of the Chinese managers , expand the educational content , and adopt a targeted education method .
