配置抗剪栓釘?shù)匿摻罨炷羻蜗虬逯?jié)點(diǎn)受剪性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了研究抗剪栓釘對(duì)板的破壞形態(tài)和受剪切性能的影響,完成了3組6個(gè)設(shè)有抗剪栓釘?shù)匿摻罨炷羻蜗虬逯?jié)點(diǎn)受剪試驗(yàn)。在3組試件中,第1組為未配置抗剪栓釘?shù)木哂胁煌艨绫鹊匿摻罨炷羻蜗虬逶嚰?其他兩組為配置有不同間距和高度的抗剪栓釘?shù)膶?duì)比試件,研究的主要參數(shù)為抗剪栓釘?shù)拈g距、高度和板的剪跨比。研究結(jié)果表明:同未配置抗剪栓釘?shù)匿摻罨炷羻蜗虬逯?jié)點(diǎn)發(fā)生剪切破壞的情況相比,配置抗剪栓釘?shù)匿摻罨炷羻蜗虬逯?jié)點(diǎn)分別發(fā)生了栓釘群內(nèi)(S50-5系列試件)和群外(S50-7系列試件)的剪切破壞;使用抗剪栓釘能有效提高板柱節(jié)點(diǎn)的延性,改善失效模式,使單純的剪切破壞向彎曲破壞轉(zhuǎn)變,與抗剪栓釘相交的斜裂縫更為平緩,從而使受剪承載力明顯提高;配置抗剪栓釘對(duì)鋼筋混凝土單向板柱節(jié)點(diǎn)的加強(qiáng)效果隨著抗剪栓釘間距和高度的改變存在較大差別,特別是對(duì)剪跨比較小的鋼筋混凝土單向板影響更為顯著;谠囼(yàn)結(jié)果,給出了不同剪跨比的鋼筋混凝土單向板與柱栓釘連接的設(shè)計(jì)建議。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of shear bolt nail on the failure form and shear performance of slab, three groups of 6 reinforced concrete unidirectional slab-column joints with shear bolt were tested. Among the three groups, the first group is reinforced concrete unidirectional slab specimens with different shear span ratios without shear bolt nails, and the other two groups are comparative specimens with different spacing and height.
