螺桿樁施工機(jī)具的設(shè)計(jì)分析

【摘要】:螺桿擠土樁有很多優(yōu)點(diǎn),提高了樁身的摩擦能力,最大限度地減少了棄土,與傳統(tǒng)的鉆孔灌注樁技術(shù)相比在達(dá)到相同的承載的能力下可以減少混凝土的使用。 本文為后續(xù)螺桿樁施工機(jī)具的設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展做了研究。文章的基本目的是開(kāi)發(fā)一個(gè)螺桿樁施工系統(tǒng),以提高樁的自身承載能力,降低材料消耗,,減少棄土,使生產(chǎn)成本和對(duì)環(huán)境的影響降到最少。通過(guò)對(duì)螺桿鉆具施工過(guò)程中需要克服的扭矩和垂直阻力的分析,推導(dǎo)出螺桿鉆具鉆進(jìn)需要的扭矩和加壓力的計(jì)算公式,為螺桿樁機(jī)的動(dòng)力頭和卷?yè)P(yáng)加壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)提供理論依據(jù)。并再考慮螺桿樁承載力的前提下對(duì)螺桿鉆具的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了討論,為螺桿鉆具的設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。 螺桿樁機(jī)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究,對(duì)螺桿樁機(jī)的總體和各個(gè)部件進(jìn)行了介紹并對(duì)相應(yīng)部件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。螺桿樁存在著明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì),但在鉆進(jìn)過(guò)程中和施工工藝上也提出了更高的要求,本文并對(duì)施工特點(diǎn)和施工注意要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述,為以后螺桿樁機(jī)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工提供了理論性的指導(dǎo)。 通過(guò)有限元分析結(jié)果,對(duì)螺桿鉆具的破壞強(qiáng)度、穩(wěn)定性和鉆具本身的固有頻率有了很直觀的了解,推斷鉆桿可能在材料屈服和屈曲的共同作用下發(fā)生破壞,為螺桿樁施工機(jī)具的設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Screw compaction pile has many advantages, which improves the friction capacity of pile body and minimizes the abandonment of soil. Compared with the traditional bored pile technology, it can reduce the use of concrete under the same bearing capacity. In this paper, the design and development of screw pile construction tools are studied. The basic purpose of this paper is to develop a screw pile construction system to improve the bearing capacity of the pile, reduce the material consumption, reduce the abandoned soil, and minimize the production cost and impact on the environment. Based on the analysis of the torque and vertical resistance to be overcome in the construction process of screw drilling tools, the formulas for calculating the torque and pressure required for screw drilling tools are derived, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of power head and lifting pressure system of screw pile machines. On the premise of considering the bearing capacity of screw pile, the parameter design of screw drilling tool is discussed, which provides a reference for the design of screw drilling tool. The key technology of screw pile driver is studied, the whole and each component of screw pile driver are introduced, and the corresponding components are designed. Screw pile has obvious advantages, but it also puts forward higher requirements in drilling process and construction technology. in this paper, the construction characteristics and construction attention points are discussed in detail, which provides theoretical guidance for the field construction of screw pile machine in the future. Through the results of finite element analysis, the failure strength, stability and natural frequency of the screw drilling tool are intuitively understood, and it is inferred that the drill pipe may be destroyed under the combined action of material yield and flexion, which provides a theoretical basis for the design improvement of the screw pile construction machine.
