噴淋工況下閉式熱源塔傳熱特性

【摘要】:建立了閉式熱源塔的數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用MATLAB自編程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)噴淋工況下熱源塔的數(shù)值模擬,并將計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較。利用程序得到了噴淋工況下的閉式熱源塔內(nèi)噴淋溶液、載熱流體、空氣焓值的分布,結(jié)果表明:塔內(nèi)空氣焓值呈線性分布,翅片換熱器上半部分換熱效果比下半部分好,塔的中部位置附近最先出現(xiàn)結(jié)霜現(xiàn)象,空氣干球溫度高于5.1℃,相對(duì)濕度高于75%,閉式熱源塔熱泵系統(tǒng)沒(méi)有結(jié)霜風(fēng)險(xiǎn),可以停止噴淋泵,有助減少熱泵系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行能耗。
[Abstract]:The mathematical model of the closed heat source tower is established, and the numerical simulation of the heat source tower under spray condition is realized by using MATLAB program, and the calculated results are compared with the experimental results. The distribution of spray solution, carrier heat fluid and air enthalpy in the closed heat source tower under spray condition is obtained by using the program. The results show that the air enthalpy in the tower is linearly distributed, and the heat transfer effect of the upper half of the finned heat exchanger is better than that of the lower half.
