【摘要】：本文以裝配整體式鋼筋混凝土住宅為研究對象，著重探討其建設(shè)過程中的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控。通過對國內(nèi)外裝配整體式鋼筋混凝土住宅施工實例進(jìn)行比對，并結(jié)合我國目前的施工傳統(tǒng)以及實際發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，從結(jié)構(gòu)體系、部件種類、加工工藝、施工技術(shù)和現(xiàn)場管理等方面，對裝配整體式鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控進(jìn)行探討研究，優(yōu)化其質(zhì)量監(jiān)控過程，，建立一種符合當(dāng)前發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系。力求在不增加成本的前提下，控制建筑施工質(zhì)量，同時也期望可以對其他裝配式鋼筋混凝土住宅的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控起到一定的參考借鑒作用。 全文分為六個章節(jié)。第一章主要闡述了論文的研究背景以及研究意義；第二章主要是探討國內(nèi)外在此領(lǐng)域的研究成果及發(fā)展歷程；第三章主要介紹了裝配整體式鋼筋混凝土住宅的幾種結(jié)構(gòu)體系以及所需預(yù)制構(gòu)件，同時分析其優(yōu)缺點，擇選出合適的裝配式住宅結(jié)構(gòu)體系；第四章則對結(jié)構(gòu)所需的預(yù)制構(gòu)件制作工藝進(jìn)行介紹，并掌握其質(zhì)量控制點；第五章是講述裝配整體式鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的施工流程，以及施工時的質(zhì)量控制點；第六章則是利用SDCA循環(huán)建立一種質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系，對現(xiàn)場的施工人員、管理人員的監(jiān)督與管理，以此達(dá)成對工程的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控；第七章對論文進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納，完成對裝配整體式鋼筋混凝土住宅質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系的探究。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the assembly integral reinforced concrete residence as the research object, and focuses on the quality control in the process of its construction. By comparing the construction examples of assembly integral reinforced concrete residence at home and abroad, and combining with the current construction tradition and actual development situation of our country, from the aspects of structure system, component type, processing technology, construction technology and site management, etc. The quality monitoring of assembly integral reinforced concrete structure is discussed and studied, the quality monitoring process is optimized, and a quality monitoring system in accordance with the current development situation is established. Under the premise of not increasing the cost, we should control the construction quality of the building, and hope to play a certain reference role in the quality monitoring of other assembled reinforced concrete houses. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainly expounds the research background and significance of the paper, the second chapter mainly discusses the research results and development process in this field at home and abroad. The third chapter mainly introduces several kinds of structural systems and prefabricated components of the assembled reinforced concrete residence, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages, and selects the appropriate assembled residential structure system. The fourth chapter introduces the manufacturing technology of prefabricated components needed by the structure and grasps its quality control points. The fifth chapter describes the construction process of the assembly integral reinforced concrete structure and the quality control points during the construction. The sixth chapter is to use SDCA cycle to establish a quality monitoring system to supervise and manage the site construction personnel and managers, so as to achieve the quality control of the project. The seventh chapter summarizes the paper and completes the research of the quality monitoring system of the assembly integrated reinforced concrete residence.
