超高層建筑施工環(huán)境保護及其評估研究

【摘要】:隨著生態(tài)環(huán)境問題越來越受到人們的重視,建筑施工過程作為會對環(huán)境造成重要影響的一種人類活動也應該要逐漸改善傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)施工方式,即在建筑施工過程中更多的考慮環(huán)境影響。超高層建筑發(fā)展迅速,作為一種有別于一般建筑的類型,超高層建筑由于自身的特點決定了其施工方式的獨特,對于超高層建筑施工過程的環(huán)境保護研究也逐漸受到人們重視,本文針對超高層建筑,根據(jù)超高層建筑的施工特點,對其施工過程環(huán)境保護實施進行深入的分析,并對環(huán)境協(xié)調性評價方法進行構建和研究。 本文主要根據(jù)兩種理論,即綠色施工和清潔生產(chǎn)理論,在對這兩種理論進行分析的基礎上,確定了超高層建筑綠色施工環(huán)境保護的基本要點,為環(huán)境保護體系的構建奠定基礎,并分析了清潔生產(chǎn)潛力研究方法中的生命周期評價理論,對生命周期評價理論的具體應用模型進行了深入研究。在綠色施工、清潔生產(chǎn)理論研究的基礎上針對超高層建筑提出了施工過程環(huán)境保護實施措施,實施措施從技術支持措施和管理措施兩個方面進行,,根據(jù)超高層建筑的具體施工特點提出切實可行的技術措施,并從整個生命周期的角度提出了管理措施。運用生命周期評價方法針對建筑施工過程構建了生命周期累積評價模型,以此來對施工過程進行環(huán)境協(xié)調性評價。對模型的應用過程和前提假設做出簡要的說明。然后,選取經(jīng)過實際調研項目案例進行實證分析,在對項目概況介紹之后,重點闡述了在該案例中超高層建筑綠色施工環(huán)境保護具體的實施過程,實施過程同樣是從管理和技術兩方面進行說明,環(huán)境保護措施的實施效果則是根據(jù)構建的生命周期累積評估模型進行評價,根據(jù)實際調研得來的數(shù)據(jù)進行測算,并將其與普通項目進行對比來說明實施效果,然后根據(jù)模型的運用過程提出了該模型的局限性,為以后模型的不斷完善提供基礎。最后,對前文進行了歸納總結。
[Abstract]:As people pay more and more attention to the problem of ecological environment, the construction process, as a kind of human activity which will have an important impact on the environment, should also gradually improve the traditional production and construction methods. That is, more consideration of environmental impact in the process of construction. The super high-rise building develops rapidly. As a type different from the general building, the super high-rise building determines the unique construction mode because of its own characteristics, and the research on the environmental protection of the super-high-rise building construction process has been paid more and more attention. According to the construction characteristics of super high-rise building, this paper makes a deep analysis on the implementation of environmental protection in the construction process of super high-rise building, and constructs and studies the evaluation method of environmental coordination. Based on two theories, that is, green construction and cleaner production, this paper determines the basic points of environmental protection in green construction of super high-rise buildings on the basis of the analysis of these two theories, which lays the foundation for the construction of environmental protection system. The life cycle assessment theory in the research method of cleaner production potential is analyzed, and the specific application model of life cycle assessment theory is deeply studied. On the basis of the theoretical research of green construction and cleaner production, the implementation measures of environmental protection in the construction process of super high-rise buildings are put forward, and the implementation measures are carried out from two aspects: technical support measures and management measures. According to the concrete construction characteristics of super high-rise building, the feasible technical measures are put forward, and the management measures are put forward from the point of view of the whole life cycle. The life cycle cumulative evaluation model is constructed for the construction process by using the life cycle assessment method, and the environmental coordination evaluation of the construction process is carried out. The application process and hypothesis of the model are briefly explained. Then, after the empirical analysis of the actual research project cases, after the introduction of the general situation of the project, this paper focuses on the specific implementation process of the green construction environment protection of super high-rise buildings in this case. The implementation process is also explained from two aspects of management and technology, and the implementation effect of environmental protection measures is evaluated according to the cumulative assessment model of the life cycle, and calculated according to the data obtained from the actual investigation. It is compared with the general project to illustrate the implementation effect, and then according to the application process of the model, the limitations of the model are put forward, which provides the basis for the continuous improvement of the model in the future. Finally, the previous paper is summarized.
