粘土礦物對聚羧酸減水劑性能的影響及機(jī)理研究
[Abstract]:The effect of clay minerals on the properties of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer was studied, the interaction mechanism between clay mineral and polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer was explored, and the improvement measures were put forward. The results show that clay minerals affect the dispersion properties of polycarboxylic acid water reducer, and the degree of influence is related to the molecular structure of clay minerals, among which montmorillonite has the most significant effect on polycarboxylic acid water reducer. The polycarboxylic acid water reducer with low acid ether and short side chain has stronger ability to resist clay minerals. Aliphatic water reducer has better anti-clay mineral properties than polycarboxylic acid water reducer. The interaction between clay minerals and polycarboxylic acid water reducer is affected by pH value in solution and ion concentration of inorganic salt, such as sodium silicate, cationic surfactants, anionic surfactants, Clay stabilizer and so on can improve the effect of clay minerals on the properties of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer. Clay stabilizer can be adsorbed on the interlayer and surface of clay minerals, which reduces the water absorption and expansion of clay minerals and prevents clay minerals from adsorbing polycarboxylic acid water reducer. XRD test confirmed that the side chain of polycarboxylic acid water reducer entered the interlayer of clay minerals. Polycarboxylic acid water reducer may be anchored in the interlayer of clay minerals by hydrogen bond.
