峨眉山AM酒店建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制研究

【摘要】:在我國星級(jí)酒店事業(yè)迅速發(fā)展的大背景下,因高星級(jí)酒店的開發(fā)周期較長,收益較慢的特點(diǎn)越來越突顯,做好酒店開發(fā)的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制在未來一段時(shí)間內(nèi)顯得尤為重要。本文主要運(yùn)用動(dòng)態(tài)循環(huán)控制原理對峨眉山AM酒店建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)行進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制研究。論文首先對該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了簡單的介紹,并且對影響進(jìn)度的主要因素作了詳細(xì)論述,其次編制了峨眉山AM酒店建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度詳細(xì)計(jì)劃,繪制了該項(xiàng)目的雙代號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,根據(jù)實(shí)際進(jìn)度和計(jì)劃進(jìn)度的偏差,繪制了項(xiàng)目前鋒線比較圖,然后運(yùn)用搭接網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)對峨眉山AM酒店建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度做出調(diào)整,避免了前期由于進(jìn)度滯后對總工期的影響,最后,闡述了峨眉山AM酒店建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為保證進(jìn)度的實(shí)施所采取的一系列保障措施。本文將理論方法運(yùn)用到工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)踐中,針對實(shí)際問題提出了合理有效的解決辦法,對酒店建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制具有一定的借鑒價(jià)值,為建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理提供參考。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of star-rated hotels in China, because of the long development cycle and slow income of high-star hotels, it is particularly important to plan and control the progress of hotel development in the future. In this paper, the dynamic cycle control principle is used to study the progress planning and control of Emeishan AM hotel construction project. First of all, the paper briefly introduces the project, and discusses the main factors that affect the progress in detail. Secondly, it compiles the detailed plan of the construction project of Emeishan AM Hotel, and draws up the double code network diagram of the project. According to the deviation between the actual progress and the planned progress, the comparison diagram of the front line of the project is drawn, and then the progress of the construction project of Emeishan AM Hotel is adjusted by using lap network technology, which avoids the influence of the lag of progress on the total construction period in the early stage. Finally, This paper expounds a series of safeguard measures taken by the Emeishan AM hotel construction project to ensure the implementation of the progress. In this paper, the theory and method are applied to the practice of engineering projects, and a reasonable and effective solution to the practical problems is put forward, which has certain reference value for the progress control of hotel construction projects and provides a reference for the management of construction projects.
