燃?xì)庾詣?dòng)抄表及管理系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:With the rapid progress of the national policy of paying attention to the people's livelihood and serving the people's livelihood, the urbanization construction led by the development of the national economy, the reconstruction of the old city and other engineering projects are gradually achieving satisfactory results. The living form of Chinese residents is changing unprecedented, and people's living standard and quality of life are improving day by day. With the pace of vigorously developing the construction of gas pipeline network, the use and scope of gas are increasing and expanding year by year. The development prospect and market demand of gas automatic meter reading and management system are considerable. Because the gas charge of ordinary membrane gas meter lags behind, the labor cost of meter reading personnel is high, and the gas pipeline network and inventory resources can not really be effectively managed and optimized, the gas company has only increased the operating cost. Therefore, It has been unable to meet the living concept of intelligent human settlements followed by modern society, and it is safe. Intelligent gas meter with high reliability and measurement and control intelligence and its automatic meter reading and management system will be the key to solve this outstanding problem. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of IC card prepaid gas meter, code meter, wired remote transmission meter, radio remote transmission, network infrared data transmission and so on, this paper analyzes the characteristics of IC card prepaid gas meter, code meter, wired remote transmission meter, radio remote transmission, network infrared data transmission and so on. Combined with the standards of safety, reliability, measurement and control intelligence and management convenience when many gas companies choose gas meters, a kind of automatic meter reading and gas fault alarm and management functions are studied and designed. The new gas automatic meter reading and management system scheme, which is convenient for efficient operation, provides the system related controller, power supply, clock, reset memory, temperature monitoring and interface circuit, and carries on M-Bus bus, radio frequency transceiver circuit. The hardware design of GPRS data communication and other parts is given, and the overall structure, design scheme and operation management system design flow of gas automatic meter reading and management system, wireless automatic meter reading software design flow, and finally virtual test conditions are given. The joint debugging of some functions of the system has been carried out, which has reached a satisfactory degree. The experimental results confirm the correctness and feasibility of the proposed scheme and related design, and accumulate useful experience for the follow-up research and development and promotion of related products. And can provide a better reference and reference, in order to solve the gas company management encountered in a variety of meter reading and management problems.
