【摘要】：武漢市工業(yè)用地的調(diào)整使得位于城市中心區(qū)的大量廠區(qū)閑置,不但造成了資源的浪費(fèi),也制約著城市的發(fā)展,亟待進(jìn)行功能的置換和物質(zhì)的更新。但在舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型的過程中,由于只注重眼前的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益,未認(rèn)識(shí)到工業(yè)廠區(qū)自身所蘊(yùn)含的特殊意義和價(jià)值,—味地采取了“推倒重來”的更新方式,使得許多具有重要?dú)v史價(jià)值和文化意義的工業(yè)場(chǎng)所在城市中逐漸消失。在大力倡導(dǎo)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和人文關(guān)懷的今天,研究以何種方式延續(xù)城市文脈,使歷史地段重新融入城市環(huán)境,是當(dāng)前的重要課題。 本文以武漢市已完成景觀再生的舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)為主要研究對(duì)象,從文脈傳承的角度切入,旨在分析武漢市舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)景觀再生過程中文脈要素(公共空間、建筑、場(chǎng)地設(shè)施、交通和植物等)的具體表達(dá)手法,并針對(duì)目前存在的問題,提出相關(guān)的解決策略,以期為今后舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)的景觀再生提供方法的借鑒。 首先,對(duì)文脈和城市舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)的相關(guān)概念和基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行了梳理,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了城市舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)文脈的顯隱型構(gòu)成要素和文脈的相關(guān)影響因子。 其次,文章回顧了武漢市工業(yè)的發(fā)展史,結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)研和數(shù)據(jù)的整理,分析了目前武漢市現(xiàn)存可調(diào)整舊工業(yè)用地分布的總體特點(diǎn),同時(shí)從廠區(qū)的分布、周邊的用地環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)類型、規(guī)模、歷史沿革及其發(fā)展模式對(duì)本文的研究對(duì)象——已完成景觀再生的舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)的整體概況進(jìn)行介紹。并進(jìn)一步分析和總結(jié)了文脈的構(gòu)成要素在舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)景觀再生過程中具體的表達(dá)手法。 最后,文章總結(jié)了舊工業(yè)廠區(qū)文脈傳承的手法,并針對(duì)目前現(xiàn)存的問題,嘗試從文脈的角度提出“功能多元復(fù)合、空間的整合、景觀要素的重組、場(chǎng)所活力的再造”等景觀再生的策略。
[Abstract]:The adjustment of industrial land in Wuhan makes a large number of factories in the center of the city idle, which not only results in the waste of resources, but also restricts the development of the city, so it is urgent to carry out functional replacement and material renewal. However, in the process of the transformation of the old industrial factory area, because it only pays attention to the immediate economic interests and fails to realize the special significance and value contained in the industrial factory area itself, it has adopted the renewal method of "pushing down and restarting". It makes many industrial places with important historical value and cultural significance disappear gradually in the city. In today's era of vigorously advocating sustainable development and humanistic care, it is an important topic to study how to continue the urban context and reintegrate the historical areas into the urban environment. This paper takes the old industrial factory area which has completed landscape regeneration in Wuhan as the main research object, from the point of view of context inheritance, in order to analyze the context elements (public space, architecture, site facilities) in the process of landscape regeneration in Wuhan old industrial factory area. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward some relevant solutions, in order to provide a reference for the landscape regeneration of the old industrial plant in the future. First of all, this paper combs the related concepts and basic theories of cultural context and urban old industrial factory area, and on this basis, analyzes the hidden elements of urban old industrial factory area context and the related influencing factors of urban old industrial factory area. Secondly, the article reviews the development history of Wuhan industry, combined with the field investigation and data collation, analyzes the overall characteristics of the existing adjustable old industrial land distribution in Wuhan, at the same time, from the distribution of the factory area, the surrounding land use environment, The industrial type, scale, historical evolution and development mode of this paper are introduced, which is the overall situation of the old industrial plant area which has completed landscape regeneration. Furthermore, the specific expression techniques of the elements of context in the process of landscape regeneration in old industrial plants are analyzed and summarized. Finally, the paper summarizes the methods of inheriting the context of the old industrial factory area, and in view of the existing problems at present, tries to put forward "the pluralistic combination of functions, the integration of space and the reorganization of landscape elements from the perspective of context." The reconstruction of site vitality and other landscape regeneration strategies.
