雙層幕墻綜合性評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:隨著綠色建筑研究的深入,從全生命周期(LCA)角度評(píng)價(jià)建筑成為必然,這就要求對(duì)建筑物整個(gè)生命周期內(nèi)各階段消耗的資源和產(chǎn)生的環(huán)境負(fù)荷進(jìn)行全面評(píng)估。本文以全生命周期的觀點(diǎn)評(píng)價(jià)雙層玻璃幕墻,提出雙層幕墻的經(jīng)濟(jì)成本和環(huán)境效益的計(jì)算方法,以及分析其在隔聲、結(jié)構(gòu)、舒適性、美學(xué)價(jià)值等其它難以量化的性能方面的特點(diǎn),建立雙層幕墻適用性的綜合性評(píng)價(jià)方法,以期設(shè)計(jì)師們對(duì)雙層幕墻技術(shù)和適用性有更進(jìn)一步的認(rèn)識(shí)。以杭州地區(qū)的應(yīng)用為案例,分析雙層幕墻建筑在該地的適用性。具體內(nèi)容如下: (1)雙層幕墻建筑的全生命周期評(píng)價(jià),包括全生命周期的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、碳排放評(píng)價(jià); (2)雙層幕墻的性能評(píng)價(jià),包括結(jié)構(gòu)性能、隔聲性能、熱舒適性、美學(xué)價(jià)值; (3)雙層幕墻的綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系,包括針對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)性、碳排放的定量評(píng)價(jià),以及針對(duì)性能的定性評(píng)價(jià)。 (4)案例計(jì)算。以杭州地區(qū)為例計(jì)算雙層幕墻回收期和CO2排放量。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of green building research, it is necessary to evaluate buildings from the point of view of full life cycle (LCA), which requires a comprehensive assessment of the resources consumed and environmental loads generated in all stages of the life cycle of buildings. This paper evaluates the double-layer glass curtain wall from the point of view of the whole life cycle, puts forward the calculation method of the economic cost and environmental benefit of the double-layer curtain wall, and analyzes its sound insulation, structure and comfort. In order to make designers know more about the technology and applicability of double curtain wall, a comprehensive evaluation method for the applicability of double curtain wall is established, which is difficult to quantify, such as aesthetic value and other characteristics of performance. Taking the application of Hangzhou area as an example, the applicability of double curtain wall building in this area is analyzed. The concrete contents are as follows: (1) the life cycle assessment of the double curtain wall building, including the economy of the whole life cycle and the assessment of carbon emission; (2) the performance evaluation of double curtain wall, including structural performance, sound insulation performance, thermal comfort and aesthetic value; (3) the comprehensive evaluation system of double curtain wall, including quantitative evaluation of economy, carbon emission, and qualitative evaluation of performance. (4) case calculation. Taking Hangzhou area as an example, the payback period and CO2 emission of double curtain wall are calculated.
