煙臺(tái)職業(yè)學(xué)院實(shí)訓(xùn)樓項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái)隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)高速發(fā)展,建筑業(yè)也進(jìn)入了一個(gè)蓬勃成長(zhǎng)的時(shí)期,大量的建筑產(chǎn)品建成并投入使用。但由于一些建筑工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量未能得到有效的控制,造成建筑產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量低劣,甚至發(fā)生了許多重大工程質(zhì)量事故,這不僅給人民的人身安全和財(cái)產(chǎn)造成重大危害和損失,更影響到了社會(huì)的安定局面。尤其在當(dāng)前高等教育事業(yè)大發(fā)展的階段,高校的基建規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,工程質(zhì)量管理任務(wù)十分繁重,高校建筑工程質(zhì)量安全問(wèn)題也很突出,涉及廣大師生安全和學(xué)校根本利益的工程質(zhì)量問(wèn)題也時(shí)有發(fā)生。因此對(duì)建筑工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)行研究,進(jìn)而提高建筑工程質(zhì)量,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以煙臺(tái)職業(yè)學(xué)院實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)樓建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目為例,對(duì)建筑工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制理論進(jìn)行了研究,并結(jié)合實(shí)訓(xùn)樓建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,將質(zhì)量控制的相關(guān)理論投入到實(shí)際運(yùn)用當(dāng)中,還分析了高;üぷ髦写嬖诘囊恍┨赜袉(wèn)題,并對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出了相應(yīng)的解決方法。論文首先介紹了選題背景、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與不足,并對(duì)建筑工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量基本原理、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制基本原理以及項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制工具等相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行概述。通過(guò)對(duì)煙臺(tái)職業(yè)學(xué)院實(shí)訓(xùn)樓項(xiàng)目的立項(xiàng)背景及基本情況的研究,分析了影響實(shí)訓(xùn)樓建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的各種因素,如:場(chǎng)地、技術(shù)、人員、機(jī)械、材料等方面,由此提出實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)樓質(zhì)量控制的措施:利用三階段質(zhì)量控制理論和一些技術(shù)工具對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行事前、事中、事后三個(gè)階段的質(zhì)量控制。在事前控制階段對(duì)影響質(zhì)量控制的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了施工前的準(zhǔn)備工作,如:項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)備、技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備、勞動(dòng)力需求準(zhǔn)備、材料需求準(zhǔn)備、機(jī)械設(shè)備需求準(zhǔn)備,并強(qiáng)調(diào)了事前控制在質(zhì)量控制過(guò)程中的重要性;在事中控制階段重點(diǎn)抓住關(guān)鍵、特殊的工序,如:回填土方、鋼筋工程、模板工程、混凝土工程、裝飾工程、衛(wèi)生間施工、抹灰鑲貼工程,并將這些工序設(shè)置質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn),從技術(shù)的角度提出了質(zhì)量控制的具體措施,對(duì)關(guān)鍵工序做出了質(zhì)量控制圖;在事后控制階段,重點(diǎn)抓住竣工驗(yàn)收及竣工材料管理收集等環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)質(zhì)量控制的結(jié)果做出評(píng)定,及時(shí)糾正與質(zhì)量控制目標(biāo)存在的偏差,以保證工程項(xiàng)目達(dá)到校方的使用需求并便于項(xiàng)目將來(lái)的使用及維修。在經(jīng)過(guò)了三階段質(zhì)量控制后,進(jìn)二步分析在實(shí)施過(guò)程中可能存在的問(wèn)題,提出質(zhì)量控制的保證措施,找出解決辦法,如:建立項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證體系、成立項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理機(jī)構(gòu)、強(qiáng)化質(zhì)量管理的宣傳教育工作、制定質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)制度、加強(qiáng)工程監(jiān)理工作等措施,最終為煙臺(tái)職業(yè)學(xué)院實(shí)訓(xùn)樓的建設(shè)提供了質(zhì)量保障。通過(guò)本文的研究豐富了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的相關(guān)理論,論證了相關(guān)技術(shù)方法在項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,為建筑工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制,尤其是高校的基建項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制帶來(lái)一定的啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the sustained and high-speed development of our national economy, the construction industry has also entered a period of vigorous growth, and a large number of construction products have been completed and put into use. However, due to the lack of effective control over the quality of some construction projects, the quality of construction products is poor, and there are even many major engineering quality accidents, which not only cause great harm and loss to the people's personal safety and property, It also affects the stability of the society. Especially in the current stage of the great development of higher education, the scale of capital construction in colleges and universities continues to expand, the task of engineering quality management is very onerous, and the problem of quality and safety of construction projects in colleges and universities is also very prominent. Engineering quality problems involving the safety of teachers and students and the fundamental interests of the school also occur from time to time. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the quality control of construction projects and to improve the quality of construction projects. Taking the construction project of practical training teaching building in Yantai Vocational College as an example, this paper studies the quality control theory of construction project, and puts the relevant theory of quality control into practical application combined with the construction project of practical training building. This paper also analyzes some special problems existing in the construction work of colleges and universities, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to these problems. Firstly, the thesis introduces the background, research significance, research status, research methods, innovation points and shortcomings, and the basic principles of the quality of construction projects. The basic principle of project quality control and related theories such as project quality control tools are summarized. Based on the research on the project background and basic situation of the practical training building project in Yantai Vocational College, this paper analyzes the various factors affecting the quality of the practical training building construction project, such as site, technology, personnel, machinery, materials and so on. Therefore, the measures for quality control of training teaching building are put forward: using the theory of three-stage quality control and some technical tools to control the quality of the project in advance, during and after the project. In the pre-control phase, several key points affecting quality control are prepared before construction, such as: project construction site preparation, technical preparation, labor demand preparation, material demand preparation, mechanical equipment requirements preparation, and the construction site preparation, the technical preparation, the labor demand preparation, the material requirement preparation, and the mechanical equipment requirement preparation. The importance of pre-control in the process of quality control is emphasized. In the control phase, the key, special processes, such as backfill, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, decoration, toilet construction, plastering and inlaying, are focused on, and quality control points are set up in these processes, for example, backfill, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, decoration, toilet construction, and plastering. From the point of view of technology, the concrete measures of quality control are put forward, and the quality control chart is made for the key processes. In the post-event control stage, the emphasis should be placed on the completion acceptance and collection of completed materials, the evaluation of the results of quality control, and the timely correction of the deviation between the objectives of quality control and the results of quality control. To ensure that the project meets the needs of the school and facilitate future use and maintenance of the project. After three stages of quality control, the possible problems in the process of implementation are analyzed in two steps, the guarantee measures of quality control are put forward, and the solutions are found, such as the establishment of project quality assurance system, the establishment of project quality management institution, and the establishment of project quality control system. The measures, such as strengthening the publicity and education of quality management, formulating the relevant system of quality management and strengthening the project supervision work, provide the quality guarantee for the construction of the practical training building in Yantai Vocational College. The research of this paper enriches the relevant theory of project quality control, demonstrates the application value of related technical methods in project quality control, which is the quality control of construction project. In particular, the quality control of capital construction projects in colleges and universities brings some inspiration.
