長春某工程深基坑支護方案優(yōu)化設計及數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:建筑基坑支護的問題關乎質(zhì)量安全、經(jīng)濟成本、生態(tài)環(huán)境、適用難度、技術工期等多方面,是一項復雜的系統(tǒng)工程,涉及結構和巖土等多個領域,綜合性很強。合理設計基坑支護可以有效地降低工程成本、提高工程質(zhì)量、大大降低事故發(fā)生的幾率,避免造成人身財產(chǎn)損失。因此,對基坑支護方案進行優(yōu)選和優(yōu)化設計,是一項需要反復研究和深入探討的難題。本文通過研究分析具體工程中的基坑支護結構設計過程中出現(xiàn)的一些需要亟待解決的問題,進行了基坑支護結構設計方案優(yōu)選,并在優(yōu)選的基礎上進行了支護結構的局部細部構造設計,希望能為相關類似工程提供相關技術指導和理論支撐。本文首先詳細總結介紹了國內(nèi)外常用的基坑支護結構型式,并且通過大量的基坑工程實例總結對比各支護型式的適用范圍、局限性及優(yōu)缺點,闡述確定基坑支護方案的初選原則,提出了支護方案優(yōu)選的定量方法。建立數(shù)學優(yōu)選綜合評價模型,以質(zhì)量安全可靠度、施工技術難度、經(jīng)濟成本、對周圍環(huán)境的影響這4個評價指標為優(yōu)化目標以長春某基坑為例,對基坑支護方案進行了優(yōu)選。首先依據(jù)本工程的基坑等級及現(xiàn)場條件初選出幾個適用于本工程的支護方案,隨后建立綜合評價模型,對支護結構進行優(yōu)選分析,優(yōu)選出適合本工程的基坑支護方案。優(yōu)選出基坑支護的整體方案后,還需要設計支護結構的細部構造。本文以長春某基坑為例,整體穩(wěn)定性、安全性和經(jīng)濟性的角度出發(fā),通過基坑設計軟件對細部構造進行了詳細分析,最后通過有限數(shù)值模擬并結合監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)確定了結構的安全性。
[Abstract]:The problem of building foundation pit support is related to quality safety, economic cost, ecological environment, difficulty of application, technical time limit and so on. It is a complex system engineering, involving many fields such as structure and rock and soil, and it is very comprehensive. Reasonable design of foundation pit support can effectively reduce the engineering cost, improve the quality of the project, greatly reduce the probability of accidents, and avoid the loss of personal and property. Therefore, it is a difficult problem to optimize and optimize the supporting scheme of foundation pit. Based on the research and analysis of some problems that need to be solved urgently in the process of foundation pit support structure design in concrete engineering, the optimum design scheme of foundation pit support structure is carried out in this paper. On the basis of optimum selection, the local detail structure design of the support structure is carried out, hoping to provide relevant technical guidance and theoretical support for the related similar projects. In this paper, the commonly used types of foundation pit support structure at home and abroad are summarized and introduced in detail, and the application scope, limitation, advantages and disadvantages of each support type are summarized and compared through a large number of foundation pit engineering examples. This paper expounds the principle of primary selection of supporting scheme for foundation pit, and puts forward a quantitative method for optimum selection of supporting scheme. The comprehensive evaluation model of mathematical optimization is established. Taking the four evaluation indexes of quality safety reliability, construction technical difficulty, economic cost and the influence of surrounding environment as the optimization objective, a foundation pit supporting scheme in Changchun is selected as an example. According to the foundation pit grade and site conditions of this project, several supporting schemes suitable for this project are initially selected, and then a comprehensive evaluation model is set up to optimize and analyze the supporting structure and to optimize the supporting scheme suitable for this project. After optimizing the whole scheme of foundation pit support, it is necessary to design the detail structure of supporting structure. Taking a foundation pit in Changchun as an example, from the point of view of overall stability, safety and economy, the detailed structure of a foundation pit is analyzed in detail through the software of foundation pit design. Finally, the safety of the structure is determined by finite numerical simulation and monitoring data.
