壽光市銀海玉苑小區(qū)建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷增長,我國建筑行業(yè)市場日益繁榮,工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量水平不斷提高,工程建設(shè)項目規(guī)模越來越大、復(fù)雜程度也越來越高。但是,在建筑業(yè)迅速發(fā)展的同時,在一些普通的工業(yè)或者民用建筑項目中,質(zhì)量問題仍然屢屢出現(xiàn)。一方面“樓歪歪”“樓脆脆”這樣的豆腐渣工程屢見不鮮,另一方面,很多建筑工程項目質(zhì)量的優(yōu)良率普遍偏低,導(dǎo)致不少工程項目存在很大安全隱患,直接威脅人民群眾的生命財產(chǎn)安全。分析其原因,很重要的一點(diǎn)就是,建筑行業(yè)部分人缺乏質(zhì)量意識,缺乏對質(zhì)量技術(shù)和質(zhì)量管理方面的認(rèn)識。因此,建筑工程質(zhì)量管理是工程建設(shè)的重中之重,是建筑施工企業(yè)的生存保障,只有施工質(zhì)量過硬,才能保證企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。論文的第一章簡要介紹了論文的研究背景與意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、論文的研究方法與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):第二章主要介紹了建筑工程項目質(zhì)量管理和控制的概念、特點(diǎn)、方法等相關(guān)理論,從而確立了本文研究的理論依據(jù);第三章,介紹了銀海玉苑小區(qū)工程概況,制定了項目質(zhì)量控制目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容以及項目資源配置計劃;第四章主要從建筑工程項目質(zhì)量控制的組織保證、人員保證、材料保證、設(shè)備保證以及安全保證五個層面,建立了工程項目質(zhì)量保障體系;第五章,對本文所建立的項目質(zhì)量管理與控制體系進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,結(jié)合PDCA循環(huán)系統(tǒng),對銀海玉苑小區(qū)建設(shè)項目全過程進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制,從而保證了銀海玉苑小區(qū)項目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn);最后一章,對論文的研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。對建筑工程項目質(zhì)量管理與控制的研究,還有很多值得探討的領(lǐng)域,質(zhì)量管理的研究方法也需要不斷改進(jìn)完善。質(zhì)量管理與控制是一項實踐性很強(qiáng)的工作,希望通過論文的寫作,能為建筑工程項目管理實踐活動提供一個理論指導(dǎo),并通過實踐使這一理論不斷得到修正和完善。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of the national economy, the construction market of our country is booming day by day. However, at the same time of the rapid development of construction industry, in some ordinary industrial or civil construction projects, quality problems still frequently appear. On the one hand, "building crooked" and "building brittle and brittle" projects such as bean curd dregs are common, on the other hand, the excellent and good rates of many construction projects are generally on the low side, resulting in a lot of projects with great hidden safety risks. It is a direct threat to the lives and property of the people. To analyze the reasons, it is very important that some people in the construction industry lack awareness of quality, lack of understanding of quality technology and quality management. Therefore, the quality management of the construction project is the most important part of the project construction, and it is the survival guarantee of the construction enterprise. Only if the construction quality is excellent, can the sustainable development of the enterprise be guaranteed. The first chapter briefly introduces the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research status, research methods and innovations. Chapter two mainly introduces the concept and characteristics of construction project quality management and control. Methods and other related theories, so as to establish the theoretical basis of this study; In the third chapter, the general situation of Yinhai Yuyuan District project is introduced, and the project quality control target, content and project resource allocation plan are formulated. In the fourth chapter, the quality assurance system of construction project is established from five aspects: organizational assurance, personnel assurance, material guarantee, equipment guarantee and safety guarantee. In the fifth chapter, the application of the project quality management and control system established in this paper, combined with the PDCA circulatory system, carries on the quality control to the whole process of the construction project of Yinhai Yuyuan District, thus ensuring the realization of the project quality target of the Yinhai Yuyuan District; In the last chapter, the research contents of this paper are summarized. The research on quality management and control of construction projects still has many fields to be discussed, and the research methods of quality management also need to be improved and perfected continuously. Quality management and control is a practical work. It is hoped that the writing of the paper can provide a theoretical guidance for the practical activities of the construction project management, and that the theory will be continuously revised and perfected through the practice.
