海南地區(qū)既有建筑節(jié)能改造技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近幾十年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,城市化進程的加快以及人們對建筑人居環(huán)境質(zhì)量要求的提高,建筑能耗逐年上升,而我國嚴峻的能源形勢,使得建筑節(jié)能工作的開展意義重大。海南地區(qū)既有建筑的存量在不斷加大,既有建筑存在用能效率低,,室內(nèi)熱環(huán)境差等缺點,迫切需要進行節(jié)能改造。本文以海南地區(qū)的既有建筑為研究對象,采取實地調(diào)研、走訪和計算機模擬等作為研究方法,結(jié)合典型建筑的節(jié)能診斷和潛力分析,研究了海南地區(qū)既有建筑節(jié)能改造的技術(shù)路線。主要的研究內(nèi)容如下: 1)調(diào)研了海南地區(qū)住宅、辦公、酒店、商業(yè)、綜合、教育、醫(yī)院等各類既有建筑的基本信息、圍護結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)成形式、外窗的遮陽情況及空調(diào)設(shè)備的性能系數(shù)等,并運用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計方法對所得數(shù)據(jù)進行了統(tǒng)計分析,得出了海南地區(qū)既有建筑節(jié)能現(xiàn)狀的特征。在海南省近幾年開展的能耗統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)得出居住、辦公、酒店建筑為該地區(qū)主要的既有建筑類型,并以此作為本文主要研究對象。 2)根據(jù)調(diào)研得到的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),選取海南地區(qū)主要的三種既有建筑類型的六個典型建筑作為計算機模擬模型,利用建筑能耗模擬軟件DeST,運用對比評定法診斷典型建筑為非節(jié)能建筑,以此作為依據(jù)總結(jié)出海南地區(qū)既有建筑的節(jié)能現(xiàn)狀。 3)分析六個典型建筑在外墻、屋頂和外窗方面的節(jié)能潛力,在查閱夏熱冬暖地區(qū)既有建筑節(jié)能改造常用技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合海南地區(qū)當?shù)貧夂、?jīng)濟、資源等特點,提出該地區(qū)既有居住、辦公、酒店建筑節(jié)能改造適宜性技術(shù)路線,并運用計算機模擬,得出采用該技術(shù)路線的節(jié)能效果。為海南地區(qū)既有建筑節(jié)能改造工作提供良好的參考和指導意見。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, with the continuous development of China's economy, the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people's requirements for the quality of human settlements, the energy consumption of buildings has been increasing year by year. However, the severe energy situation in China is becoming more and more serious. The development of building energy-saving work is of great significance. The stock of existing buildings in Hainan is increasing, and the existing buildings have some shortcomings, such as low efficiency of energy use and poor indoor thermal environment, so it is urgent to carry out energy-saving renovation. This paper takes the existing buildings in Hainan area as the research object, adopts field investigation, visit and computer simulation as the research methods, combined with the energy-saving diagnosis and potential analysis of typical buildings, This paper studies the technical route of energy-saving transformation of existing buildings in Hainan. The main research contents are as follows: 1) the basic information of all kinds of existing buildings, such as housing, office, hotel, commerce, synthesis, education, hospital and so on, and the form of encircling structure are investigated in Hainan area. The sunshade of the outer window and the performance coefficient of the air-conditioning equipment, etc., are analyzed statistically by using the mathematical statistics method, and the characteristics of the energy-saving status of the existing buildings in Hainan are obtained. Based on the statistical data of energy consumption carried out in Hainan Province in recent years, it is concluded that residential, office and hotel buildings are the main types of existing buildings in this area, and take this as the main research object of this paper. 2) according to the statistical data obtained from the investigation, six typical buildings of three main types of existing buildings in Hainan are selected as computer simulation models, and the energy consumption simulation software DeST, is used to simulate the energy consumption of buildings. Typical buildings are diagnosed as non-energy-saving buildings by means of comparative evaluation method. Based on this, the energy-saving status of existing buildings in Hainan is summarized. 3) to analyze the energy-saving potential of six typical buildings in exterior wall, roof and exterior window, on the basis of consulting the commonly used energy-saving technology of existing buildings in hot summer and warm winter area, combining the characteristics of local climate, economy, resources and so on in Hainan area. This paper puts forward the suitable technical route of energy-saving transformation of existing residential, office and hotel buildings in this area, and uses computer simulation to obtain the energy-saving effect of adopting this technical route. It provides good reference and guidance for the energy-saving renovation of existing buildings in Hainan.
