靜鉆根植樁水平承載性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:靜鉆根植樁是在水泥土中插入預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁而形成的復(fù)合樁。為了認(rèn)識(shí)其在水平荷載作用下的變形性能,實(shí)施了3組共6根樁的水平靜載試驗(yàn)。第一組是φ600~φ750 mm靜鉆根植樁(SDRP),第二組是φ800~φ900 mm靜鉆根植樁,第三組是φ1 000 mm的鉆孔灌注樁,第二組與第三組屬于幾何尺寸十分接近而組成材料不同,第一組與第二組屬于組成材料相同而幾何尺寸不同。對比水平力-水平位移、水平力-水平位移梯度以及水平變形比后發(fā)現(xiàn),彈性階段鉆孔灌注樁的水平承載性能優(yōu)于靜鉆根植樁,而彈性階段以后則逐漸相反;靜鉆根植樁變形復(fù)原能力強(qiáng)于鉆孔灌注樁;樁在彈性階段的變形量與截面抗彎剛度成近似線性關(guān)系;如果只考察彈性階段,為提高水平承載能力宜將靜鉆根植樁改為同直徑的鉆孔灌注樁,不宜單純擴(kuò)大靜鉆根植樁的樁徑。
[Abstract]:Static drill root-planting pile is a composite pile formed by inserting prestressed pipe pile into cement-soil. In order to understand the deformation behavior of six piles under horizontal load, three groups of six piles were tested under horizontal static load. The first group is 蠁 600 ~ 蠁 750 mm (SDRP), the second group is 蠁 800 ~ 蠁 900 mm, the third group is 蠁 1000 mm bored pile. The second group is very close to the geometry size and the composition material is different from the third group. The first group belongs to the same composition material as the second group, but the geometric dimensions are different. After comparing horizontal force-horizontal displacement, horizontal force-horizontal displacement gradient and horizontal deformation ratio, it is found that the horizontal bearing capacity of bored pile in elastic stage is better than that of static drilling and planting pile, but gradually opposite after elastic stage. The deformation resilience of statically drilled pile is better than that of bored pile, and the deformation of pile in elastic stage has an approximate linear relation with the bending stiffness of cross-section. If the elastic stage is only investigated, it is appropriate to change the static drilling pile into the bored pile with the same diameter in order to improve the horizontal bearing capacity, and it is not appropriate to simply enlarge the pile diameter of the static drilling pile.
