長沙市湘江大道匯源大廈改造工程變形監(jiān)測與安全評價

【摘要】:城市繁華地區(qū)進行拆除、加固、改建或重建等工程施工,需確保建筑物本身安全,并避免施工對鄰近建筑物、地下管線及其他設(shè)施的影響。論文結(jié)合匯源天橋拆除與匯源大廈裙樓拆除、匯源大廈地下室加固及湘江大道路面恢復(fù)工程施工,為保護匯源大廈主樓安全,對匯源大廈沉降(上浮)、匯源大廈傾斜觀測、水平位移、地下水位進行觀測,并通過監(jiān)測資料的分析與預(yù)測,對匯源天橋拆除及湘江大道恢復(fù)工程進行安全評價。(1)對因匯源天橋及匯源大廈裙樓拆除、湘江大道路面恢復(fù)等工程施工過程中,匯源大廈沉降(上浮)、匯源大廈傾斜觀測、地下室位移及地下水位等監(jiān)測成果進行分析,獲得匯源大廈沉降、傾斜、水平位移及地下水位等參數(shù)變化規(guī)律,總結(jié)匯源大廈移動與變形特征,并分析其限差值;對沉降監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)和位移監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)采用對數(shù)模型進行擬合分析,并計算預(yù)測值及殘差值,繪制相應(yīng)點的預(yù)測曲線及殘差圖,指導(dǎo)施工。(2)運用模糊綜合評判基本原理,采用多級模糊評價模型對拆除工程影響的匯源大廈進行安全評判。將匯源大廈安全性看作是由匯源大廈沉降B1、匯源大廈傾斜B2、水平位移B3、地下水位變化B4等因素組成的模糊集合(稱為因素集U),確定這些因素所能選取的評價等級,并根據(jù)各因素在評價對象中的權(quán)重分配計算(稱為模糊矩陣合成),求出評價定量解。結(jié)果表明:建筑物部分拆除開始時、建筑物部分拆除進行時、拆除完成一個月后,其安全等級均為Ⅰ級的安全狀態(tài)。論文通過對匯源大廈沉降、匯源大廈傾斜、地下室水平位移、地下水位變化進行監(jiān)測,根據(jù)相關(guān)規(guī)范和該工程安全施工要求確立評價控制指標(biāo),并通過建立建筑物安全評判模型進行評價,F(xiàn)場監(jiān)控量測結(jié)果和安全評判結(jié)果表明,匯源大廈受拆除影響整體處于安全狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to ensure the safety of buildings and avoid the impact of construction on adjacent buildings, underground pipelines and other facilities during the construction of projects such as demolition, reinforcement, reconstruction or reconstruction in busy areas of the city. Combined with the demolition of Huiyuan Flyover and the demolition of the skirt building of Huiyuan Building, the basement reinforcement of Huiyuan Building and the pavement restoration project of Xiangjiang Avenue, in order to protect the safety of the main building of Huiyuan Building, the settlement of Huiyuan Building (floating up) and the inclined observation of Huiyuan Building are carried out. The horizontal displacement and groundwater level are observed, and through the analysis and prediction of monitoring data, the safety evaluation of Huiyuan Flyover and Xiangjiang Road Restoration Project is carried out. During the construction of Xiangjiang Avenue pavement restoration project, the settlement (floating) of Huiyuan Building, the tilt observation of Huiyuan Building, the displacement of basement and the groundwater level monitoring results are analyzed, and the settlement and tilt of Huiyuan Building are obtained. The variation law of parameters such as horizontal displacement and groundwater level is summarized, and the limit value of Huiyuan mansion is analyzed. The logarithmic model is used to fit and analyze the settlement monitoring data and displacement monitoring data, and the predicted value and residual value are calculated, the prediction curve and residual diagram of the corresponding points are drawn to guide the construction. (2) the basic principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to guide the construction. The multi-stage fuzzy evaluation model is used to evaluate the safety of Huiyuan Building which is affected by demolition project. The safety of Huiyuan Building is regarded as a fuzzy set of factors such as Huiyuan Building settlement B1, Huiyuan Building inclined B2, horizontal displacement B3, groundwater level change B4 (called factor set U),) to determine the evaluation grade that these factors can select. According to the weight distribution calculation (called fuzzy matrix composition) of each factor in the evaluation object, the quantitative evaluation solution is obtained.
